Three times today I called your number 8447118 looking for assistance. Eventually I got hold of someone to help me, I explained the problem and he asked me to hold on and he would sort it out. So I held on and on and on and then I got cut off. That happened two more times and each time I got cut off without and help from your support group. I wanted to book a seat on the Aircoach going from DunLaoghaire, using my Free Travel Pass, but on the site where I was making my booking there is no indication of Travel Pass usage. Where do you fill that information. I have used Aircoach bookings successfully, dozens of times, but your new format for booking seats is totally unusable.

The app can tend to show the wrong dates for the ticket you’re buying until after purchase - I bought a ticket for 19/09 1:10am and arriving at 19/09 3:00am and then in the booking confirmation it said it was for the 20th! I emailed & called immediately and got no response so I bought another ticket for an earlier service that thankfully was correct with the date and time. I received a response in the following days and the customer service department was very kind but made it clear the refund was out of goodwill rather than it being their own mistake, which I still disagree with. Very relieved I was able to get the correct service and my money back for the issue, but this really needs to be corrected and changed for future customers!

I have used Aircoach since the service started and always found it very reliable and staff very helpful until now. I was at Wilton bus stop in Bray last Saturday at 10.13 to catch the coach due at 10.19. After waiting for 30 minutes with no show I had to phone around to get a lift to airport as I was afraid of missing my flight.

After an aircoach service to the airport from south Dublin was suddenly cancelled, I managed to share taxi with three other people who were also stranded. I had a return Aircoach ticket and enquired later about getting a refund for the return journey. The service team were very helpful and thanked me for bringing it to their attention for feedback to the operations team. I was refunded the amount without any fuss. This was a pleasant surprise, as to be honest, I expected not to get any response and certainly no refund.

We booked a ticket on the 700 to pick us up from Leeson Street Lower and take us to Dublin airport. The coach never showed. As we had a plane to catch we had to take a taxi.

On Sunday 22nd,September Aircoach scheduled on 14,51 from Merrion Square St.Vincent Hospital to Dublin Airport was missed.My booking reference is NUXL-IGMW-AOSY.I would like to say the reason of that.I could lost my flight . Regards.

I made a mistake booking my ticket, and booked the wrong date. I realised this immediately found out that I was supposed to ring to change the date but. The only I could find did not actually answer the phone. So could not do so.

Not cool that the prices fluctuate throughout the day. Airporter had standard prices all day long. Why is this so? It’s a bus not an airplane.

I was travelling with Aircoach today and met lovely staff in Terminal 2 who helped me with my luggage and tickets I was very anxious taking the bus to Dublin for the first time but was well treated thank you

Fair prices, always on time, drivers are very helpful and kind. A great choice if you don't have a car and you need to travel to and from the airport.

Terrible experience, the bus drove off with my baggage still in the hold. Ruined my whole trip, contacted aircoach the whole day to try to locate the bus so I could retrieve my baggage and than the bus driver drive past me. Leading to me having to go to the AirPort and back for my luggage the next day. I had to pay 30 euros for the bag. So eventually that cost me 2 days of my trip to dublin and more than 30 euros to get my bag back wich I lost because of aircoach, wich they did not want to refund. Never use aircoach instead use dublinexpress its better and faster.

Easy Aircoach 700 service from DUB airport to the new end of line Cherrywood (just after Leopardstown). I bought a return trip at the airport kiosk in advance for two of us. I have done this many times over the years for City Center. On return trip from Cherrywood the 8am left exactly on time (I missed it by 1 minute) but the 9am and 9:30am Aircoach 700 never showed up. I had to hire a taxi for 88Euro to get back on schedule for a 12:15pm flight. I emailed Aircoach for a refund for the two important 700 bus no shows. They returned my inquiry with a denial of refund stating I needed to buy an additional coverage (Flexibus) of which I was never informed at time of purchase. Sounds like there were a dozen other travelers that had the no show Aircoach 700 on that day. Please improve your service and your refund policy for lack of service.

Great service, comfortable buses, staff is very friendly. However, it happened to me more than once that the bus didn't come, living me with no option but to get a taxi. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Rude and abrupt ground crew. My case was taken out of my hand and I was rushed on board at Dublin Airport T2. The Aircoach App would not display my pre paid ticket, so I had to buy another one as people were all waiting for me so the bus would depart. The buses are a decade old and the stop announcements are made by the driver, without benefit of a microphone or speaker system. The service was good some years ago, but now it is slow and penny pinching.

I went on the aircoach from derry to belfast international at 2.55 am .The airconditioning was broke on the bus we were all frozen.it was the most uncomfortable journey.I now ended up wth a bad cold.The driver was very nice he kept saying sorry.They shouldnt have handed over the bus in this condition.A horrible experience.very dissappointing.
