Got the 702 out and back last weekend and the punctuality and drivers were all excellent, bravo! As a recommendation, the route is crying out for a stop between Dalkey and Loughlinstown Hospital, e.g. Avondale Road or Killiney Shopping Centre, it's a large catchment area. Thanks again.

Unfortunately they have forgotten to update their tinmetable for 703 Killiiney route and changing the timetable. Now waiting nearly two hours after a very long flight. Disappointing as their only interaction is through their website and they cannot even get right. It’s not as if they tonnes of routes. Uploading a pdf timetable could be done by a monkey.

The 702 Aircoach leaving Hawkins Wood at 2am never arrived this morning 25/09/24. Dropped passengers 20 minutes early at the Blacklion stop only to return an hour later to collect them and drive them directly to the airport. 2nd time in as many months I’ve had this mad dash. Completely unreliable service.

Bought and paid £36 to travel by Air Coach on Sunday 22 Sept from Glengall Street to Dublin City on the 7 10 am coach! When booking cud not inform that we were OAP’s! All smart cards are accepted by all transport operators throughout Ireland but not be Air Coach !!! Why? Contacted Glenn re this matter and was informed that because of the two jurisdictions - we cannot use our Smart Pass!! All OAP travellers beware - use other coach firms !

24th September. The scheduled 0932 bus at Frascati centre never arrived. We tried to contact the company, the phone numbers were either not available or the agent could not find any information as to the whereabouts of the bus. We had to take a taxi and en route saw numerous other people waiting at the stops we passed. This is not the first time that a scheduled bus has failed to appear. Since the route from Killiney has been combined with that from Greystones the situation has seriously deteriorated.

Very clean coach. Pleasant drivers good price only down side is it’s only every 2 hours they go to airport and doesn’t really suit my plane times now

No stars if that's possible No warning ⚠ notice on the website to mention the loss of the Dalkey service to the airport. Worse than that, the 702 from Greystones doesn't stop 🛑 at the 3 Arena anymore. Fuming I was

I found Aircoach personnel to be responsive, obliging and accommodating. The service was on time and the journey pleasant. Would def recommend and will use again should need arise. Helen

Took a few Aircoach buses during my stay in Ireland, always on time and comfortable; one of those was cancelled but after a few quick emails with costumer service I got a refund.

We got the new 701 Ballsbridge Aircoach from the airport at 15.45 yesterday. The timetable stated that it would take 40 minutes to Drumcondra but we were there at 16.00 and reached Ballsbridge Clayton Hotel at 16.20 not 17.11 as per the timetable. I was able to get a bus to Blackrock immediately and was home before the scheduled time in Ballsbridge. If someone was to meet me off the bus I would have been waiting a long time! In July when going to the airport to meet a friend the bus sailed past me with "Driver in Training" on it and after waiting another 20 minutes and no bus, I got another bus into town and another out, so was late meeting my friend. The new 702 amalgamated Greystones and Killiney route going through Sandymount and not stopping is a waste of income to the company - previously when the bus used that route people living in the area could avail of it. It is a long walk up to get the Ballsbridge 701 when the 702 passes near to Sandymount residents. It should stop on the coast road, it is too long of a gap before the Point from the Merrion Road. I will be meeting another friend at the airport this week as I could not rely on the arrival time of the Aircoach as per the timetable. The Aircoach to the airport last week arrived at 5.05 a.m. scheduled for 5.16 at Frascati Blackrock, but luckily I was at the stop at 5.00 a.m. so instead of arriving at 5.50 a.m. it arrived at 5.40 a.m. at the airport. The old Aircoach timetable was usually accurate and sometimes a little late, but you did not miss the bus by it arriving 11 minutes early and the 702 route now only running once an hour.

Three times today I called your number 8447118 looking for assistance. Eventually I got hold of someone to help me, I explained the problem and he asked me to hold on and he would sort it out. So I held on and on and on and then I got cut off. That happened two more times and each time I got cut off without and help from your support group. I wanted to book a seat on the Aircoach going from DunLaoghaire, using my Free Travel Pass, but on the site where I was making my booking there is no indication of Travel Pass usage. Where do you fill that information. I have used Aircoach bookings successfully, dozens of times, but your new format for booking seats is totally unusable.

The app can tend to show the wrong dates for the ticket you’re buying until after purchase - I bought a ticket for 19/09 1:10am and arriving at 19/09 3:00am and then in the booking confirmation it said it was for the 20th! I emailed & called immediately and got no response so I bought another ticket for an earlier service that thankfully was correct with the date and time. I received a response in the following days and the customer service department was very kind but made it clear the refund was out of goodwill rather than it being their own mistake, which I still disagree with. Very relieved I was able to get the correct service and my money back for the issue, but this really needs to be corrected and changed for future customers!

I have used Aircoach since the service started and always found it very reliable and staff very helpful until now. I was at Wilton bus stop in Bray last Saturday at 10.13 to catch the coach due at 10.19. After waiting for 30 minutes with no show I had to phone around to get a lift to airport as I was afraid of missing my flight.

After an aircoach service to the airport from south Dublin was suddenly cancelled, I managed to share taxi with three other people who were also stranded. I had a return Aircoach ticket and enquired later about getting a refund for the return journey. The service team were very helpful and thanked me for bringing it to their attention for feedback to the operations team. I was refunded the amount without any fuss. This was a pleasant surprise, as to be honest, I expected not to get any response and certainly no refund.

We booked a ticket on the 700 to pick us up from Leeson Street Lower and take us to Dublin airport. The coach never showed. As we had a plane to catch we had to take a taxi.

On Sunday 22nd,September Aircoach scheduled on 14,51 from Merrion Square St.Vincent Hospital to Dublin Airport was missed.My booking reference is NUXL-IGMW-AOSY.I would like to say the reason of that.I could lost my flight . Regards.
