We encountered a problem: we paid for a bus that never showed up. When we contacted the company to resolve the issue, there was no way to get it sorted. I sent them all the necessary information, including screenshots and proof that I had to take a different bus. After weeks of negotiation, dealing with terrible customer service, and being asked to provide excessive proof over something that cost only €20, I didn’t even receive a ticket in the end.

Very poor and unreliable service. Bus did not arrive! The service 702 from Glasthule at 1.07 pm…… I cannot find words to express my disappointment and stress I was put under to catch the flight 3.30.

I never saw the bus as it was at the stop at 7.43 am according to the Aircoach member of staff. The pick-up time on my ticket was for 7.55 am. I waited till 8.30 am. As no bus came I had to pay €90 for a taxi to get to the airport on time.

After many lines of communication I would say Aircoach resolved my issue. Its a huge relief that my bus times are aligned with scheduled flights in which I can catch them. Big applause for the staff who did their best despite my impatient behavior. Appologise and thank you for your service.

Online booking isn't working. Its frankly too hard to get tickets, the 702 left while I was in the queue, no bus for another 60 mins....

I will never use aircoach again , had booked and paid for 07.39 bus from Monkstown still waiting at 8.15 so had to get taxi costing €60 rang aircoach when I got to airport to be told yes that's correct that bus was cancelled i never received a text or e mail that it was cancelled, I contacted aircoach when i returned to ask if they would give me the cost of taxi but they refused, seemingly a lot of buses are cancelled without informing customer dreadfull service you could not trust aircoach to get you to airport on time, as a buisness they should be ashamed of themselves

Bus did not show up. Were waiting even 30 minutes before departure time and were waiting 40 minutes after departure time until I realised that I am gonna miss my flight if not traveling with another bus company. Your customer support said that the bus arrived to the stop 8 minutes before departure time and that a deeper investigation needs to be done. Dealing with this and 1 hour to go until my flight departure, great job AIRCOACH.

Nearly crash, this morning 3 Oct 24, was on 700 to Dublin airport around 5am at M1 the driver cut the lane and the right side of the coach hit the mirror of other coach( I think was the 782 ) crazy driver. 141D27 not sure is that correct I think it is. Nearly serious accident happen.

Seriously disappointed. Booked a ticket in advance from Westmoreland Street to Dublin Airport, had a long haul flight to catch to New Zealand that night. As I waited at the Westmoreland Street Aircoach Bus Stop with all my bags, the bus drove right past me (and others waiting for the same bus) without stopping. Needless to say, this was fairly stressful. Had to book a taxi on the spot and pay a stupidly high amount due to it being rush hour and being stuck in traffic. Thankfully, I made it to the airport on time to check in, but I am extremely disappointed with Aircoach. Seeing my bus pass me by was the last thing I needed after saying goodbye to my friends for the next two years.

Was due to travel via Aircoach from Dublin airport t2 Sunday 29/9/24. Cancelled 2 services between 1530-1630hrs without any explanation. Wasn’t prepared to wait an hour and had to take a taxi €50. Sent email and no explanation. Poor.

My son left behind an earplugs empty case/charger. That was on the 16th of Sept. I submitted the lost property item the same day. The item was handed over to Aircoach on board and post on the Lost Property section. I've claimed the item 3 times ever since. Today is the 2nd of Oct, I have still not received any coherent answer. I keep receiving emails "No item matching your claim has been found". No phone number to contact, no case number to follow up on. Just very disappointing it appears nobody is monitoring the claims properly or at all. Here's the last of the 3 inquiries I submitted in case someone is to look into it: V01807/24. Thanks.

I booked return trip Dublin to cork paid €8 as we r pensioners had my booking on my phone but when I got to bus my phone was out of battery and the driver didnt have our name on his list luckily he had seats available waiting to hear back from air coach for refund as I now have my booking recipts

Awful service to Dalkey now. Takes twice as long, is less reliable, and no longer stops anywhere near my home. I cannot use it anymore.

The temperature on the bus was excessive with no fresh air. I measured the temperature and it was 27°, I thought that I was going to pass out.

Aircoach have cancelled a 01.50 route from the airport on Sunday 6th Oct and the next one is not until 03.50. Also the new timetables on Route 702 do not work well with flight times and recently arrived in to the airport to be told that the next two buses were also cancelled on the 702 route. Very poor.
