“Aircoach have cancelled a 01.50 route from the airport on Sunday 6th Oct and the next one is not until 03.50. Also the new timetables on Route 702 do not work well with flight times and recently arrived in to the airport to be told that the next two buses were also cancelled on the 702 route. Very poor.”

“The worst! I got off transatlantic flight and the 6.40am coach was cancelled, I actually walked in great haste from T2 to T1 because it was so cold, not impressed”

“Fantastic service, the price of the tickets are very fair, bus drivers are very lovely and funny and always get to our destinations on time and always happy to respond to any queries we have, recommend Aircoach when travelling to Dublin Airport or anywhere else, Thank you.”

“Hi there, I traveled from Belfast to Dublin Airport on 9th September on the 10:10 service. The overall service was great, no issues at all. I would like to add, that the driver George and his colleague Ian were both very professional especially in light of the horrendous abuse they were subjected to by a man who was claiming to represent taxi drivers using the taxi rank. My wife and I were sitting front near the main door. This came about because of traffic volume, and the bus having to partly park over the taxi space. The language, name calling and intimidating actions was frightening. At one stage the man raised a wooden brush head, above his own head in front of the Aircoach man as if to threaten him. I'm sure some common sense and patience would have been enough to resolve the issue ..but this person seemed intent on being aggressive and threatening to your staff. regards Colin”

“Coach left 5 mins early so we missed it by sitting in the park a minute away, and watched it pull away. Coaches are only every 30mins, rather than every 15-20mins as told to us when we bought our return ticket. Really hard to find information about timetable and stops on a badly designed website and app. I’d try another company next time.”

“Arrived at the bay 3 car park to meet the bus just pulling out( hadn’t reached the exit Barrier so could have very easily stopped), already had this booked but driver refused to stop and just drove past me shaking his head, this was at 9 minutes past 10 on a service that wasn’t due to pull out until a minute later? Out the cost off another bus and 2 hour delay, unacceptable service”

“Very comfortable coach. Punctual, but left many stops a few minutes early. New route (embarked in Cabinteely) very circuitous making for a lengthy trip. Main issue was the volume of the music. VERY LOUD and can't get away from it.”

“I have always found Aircoach a very good service until last Saturday. We were at Wilton Bray stop at 10.14 to get bus at 10.19 but it didn’t show. Had to get a lift to airport after waiting 30mins. Poor show..”

“Driver was a racist. Absolute disgrace. Asian woman was trying to board the bus and buy a ticket and obviously because of the language barrier the driver lost his temper and said “Get off the f**king bus… I’m sick of people who don’t speak English in this country” Ironic saying that in Dublin, IRELAND. The driver left the poor woman in the middle of Dublin at 3 o’clock in the morning, alone. Absolutely disgusting and sickened me to the stomach”

“I have been travelling for years with aircoach and the service has been excellent despite the normal failures of systems like any other service. The buses are comfortable and the bus drivers are normally friendly and very helpful. However, it was very disappointing to see a really unnapropriate reaction from the bus driver shouting to a woman while she was trying to put her luggage in the hold saying " aaah aaah no, that is just stupid " and kept nodding and huffing. The way he spoke to a client was not just rude but also humiliating in front of others. This was in relation to the bus 705X from Dublin Airport to Belfast departing at 14h30 on the 26th of September 2024.”
