“Can not book my ticket using the website. I selected the origin and it will not allow me to select a destination. Keeps telling me to select an origin which I have from the dropdown menu.”

“Aircoach arrived 12 minutes ahead of schedule and drove past me as I was walking to the stop. Ended up spending €80 on a taxi. Really stressful experience and poor service.”

“Bought a return ticket from Dublin airport to Leopardstown outward journey good return journey 2 coaches the17-54 & 18-25 where drop off only had to pay for a taxi to Get back to the airport this was on the 14/09/24 would like an answer please”

“I was driving the 6th of September from Cork to Dublin. Unfortunately we had to change a bus for another after one hour driving. There was some issue with the bus. The driver Liam was absolutely fantastic!!! He was so professional and responsible We drove to the airport first so everyone could get to the plane on time. Big thank you to Liam!!!”

“Pity after all the good times when the service was originally good, it changed. Effing freezing! Even after asking for air con to be turned down. Takes too long to get to airport but......at least it wasn't cancelled this morning, so thank you.”

“There was a glitch with the computer and I ended up booking several tickets for the same day but when I called the staff sorted the problem and I got a refund with no hassle- thank you”

“Having planned my journey using the website I waited for over 2 hours at the Monkstown stop for an aircoach that did not arrive. No updates on the website. No answer on the telephone. I was left in a panic - travelling alone for a plane that obviously doesn’t wait. Not happy at all.”

“The gentleman working at the glass ticket cabin at zone next to stand 2 at Dublin airport terminal 1 between 16.55 and 17:05 on Monday the 16th of September was extremely rude. The way he spoke to me made me feel belittled and small for just trying to buy a ticket from him. It was very confrontational and he berated me for not using the small stall. I just would like him to know that he hurt my feelings and that no matter what kind of a day a person has had it costs nothing to be nice. I am a gentle, shy and non confrontational person and the interaction has impacted on my feelings.”

“I travelled last week from Derry to Dublin. The journey lasted c. 4 hours. There is no toilet facility on board the coach. I requested that I could use the toilet facilities at Belfast. I was not allowed to do so as the coach was "leaving immediately" Another passenger requested the same at Belfast (outside Europa) but was told there was no option. I desperately needed to urinate and my only option was to find a discarded drink bottle left behind by another passenger and pee into it. Hopefully I do not pick up a uti or sti from the bottle, given that another passenger had been drinking from it. Luckily I am a male and this was physically possible. The female passager did not have this luxury. I made sure I did this discreetly, this was possible as there were only about 20 passangers on the bus at the time. All other services from Derry to Dublin (Translink and McGinleys) have a comfort break halfway. Surely this is a breach of consumer rights or health and safety regulation. I will not be using Aircoach again.”

“Just off the aircoach from Dublin airport to Belfast Europa buscentre. Really good service and smooth ride, with no stops. Complements to our driver Stephen who keep us all informed of journey times, etc, and an excellent driver.”

“No bus 700 @ 08.57 this morning and it had not arrived by 09.15. Your service has in recent times moved from reliable to unreliable. I had to use an expensive taxi. Sadly I will use one of your competitors in future. It is a pity as you did provide a reliable service for many years.”

“I received an email, that the booked bus service at T2 is cancelled and an earlier or later service can be used and or a refund. I opted for the refund and received perfect communication.”
