The bus was extremely warm on the return trip home, it honestly felt like we were a Christmas dinner it was awful I don’t think I like Christmas anymore because of this trip, The driver didn’t notice someone said something to him but at that point we were nearly home. Reality felt cold and harsh walking out the bus

Used Aircoach in February was happy enough nice coach friendly driver then it broke down !! Was waiting on taxi organised by Aircoach worried I was going to be late for flight, the company have no account with taxis so I had to pay the taxi and send in photo of receipt to be reimbursed it was only a few pounds but wasn't start of my trip I had hoped for

Since the change over, the customer service was not only incorrect, it was also unhelpful. But why would they care, they have no competition and they already have my money. The 1st driver was only doing their job and nothing more, so no complaints there, they ticked the level of standards. but the return driver took it to the next level. I have nothing to add, I would have given 2/5 if the information given to me by customer service was faster or even correct. Not both that would be asking maybe too much

Usually a great service but this time it was fifteen minutes late and was a replacement bus. Whenever the the toilet door opened the whole bus smelled like urine for ages. The toilet was a hole directly onto the road.

It was absolutely freezing for the entire journey Dublin Airport to Cork. The driver however was in short sleeves apparently not feeling the freezing cold AC despite his fingers and hands being blue/white on the wheel. It was really a horrendous journey because of this. Especially after a long haul flight. I also dislike the fact that my valuables in a small bag had to go in the hold with door open in Dublin city

Bus was locked when we got to it and we got wet while standing waiting in the rain. Was an unpleasant journey home due to this

Bus arrived on time and was overall prompt. However, I would only ever use again as a Last Resort. There is no organization system for the luggage compartment and people just shove everybody's luggage around. I was one of the first to board and I left luggage on its side at front end of the compartment, hoping that other people would follow suit and lay their suitcases side by side When I got off, my luggage was nowhere to be seen and I had to wait for other people to take their luggage to see that mines had been shoved all the way to the back. They was no AirCoach employee around to offer any assistance, so I, as a 30 year old woman, had to actually get on all 4's and crawl around the compartment to get my suitcase. Maybe take some notes from Citylink and organize the storage compartment for your customers

As a single, disabled woman I try to be as independent as possible. I do miss the old 'airporter' stop at Dungiven and hope this will be operational in the near future. A bonus is that your new Aircoach runs 24/7 which is greatly appreciated and in an age of imporved public transport to reduce global warming and indeed ease the cost of living, is a much-welcomed service. My bus drivers were welcoming and helpful. I was not able to charge my essential phone as there were actual plugs rather than contemporary USB ports. Thank you, J

Service is good but wish the times would go more regularly! When it was with Airporter it went every 30mins-1hr from Derry to Belfast, now it is every two hours - this means very long waits in the airport either side waiting for the next available bus.

The aircoach should stop in towns like Fermoy and Mitchelstown - even if they only stopped for pre-booked tickets and didn't stop if not required, it would be a much better service. We had to drop students to Cork at 3am and they passed Mitchelstown again two hours later on the way to Dublin. Really frustrating lack of service to towns en route to Dublin. Similarly on the way back, the girls had two extra hours on the road, passing Mitchelstown and having to be collected in Cork, only to be driven by car back to Mitchelstown. Bring back more stops please ! Even if only for pre-booked fares !

The service is very limited. Losing the airporter is a massive blow to derry. The air coach needs more journeys to and from Belfast International. It also needs to see when flights are landing so that passengers can get a connecting bus.
