The coach was packed. People with large rucksacks we’re trying to use seats to accommodate them instead of putting them in the luggage hold. The wifi didn’t work. We were told only at the start of the journey that the toilet was not available. Good thing: the bus left and arrived on time. Otherwise a miserable experience and fabulously expensive.

Timetable has not yet recovered to pre-covid levels so buses are always overcrowded

so bad. People who urgently need to go to the toilet cannot go because it is locked! They don't stop in emergencies either. So pee in the bus? On arrival, the ticket was invalid as the flight was delayed. Yes, I didn't have a flex ticket either. Good thing, because the following buses had no more space either. So how long should the customer wait for a bus ? I have never experienced anything so bad anywhere in the world. Africa and Greece are light years ahead. Fortunately, we did get a bus with Translink. It took a little longer, but at least we were transported. I won't be booking your company again so soon, and I'll be spreading the word on all social channels. Your ratings are not good anyway, so mine doesn't matter either. But since it goes worldwide, I think something will change. I have also seen this with other bad companies.

The not comfortable situation is that the last connection from Dublin Airport to Cork is at midnight. You do not care about the Passengers of the plane who are arriving after midnight.

I've been taking the Aircoach for about three years from Belfast to Dublin. It is in desperate need of more services, it is always 'Booked Out', making it impossible to plan trips. Recently, I've been taking the train because I'm more guaranteed a seat.

I use aircoach three times a week to and fro work. Today it was cold in the bus. I asked the driver to switch on the heaters but he did not. We are not sure whether the heating system was working or not. He never apologised or explained to us. The bus was Galway to Dublin bus which stops at Ballinasloe at 07:16 am

The bus was delayed by 15 minutes and no message was sent to keep us up to date on the status of the bus delay.

The heating… there has to be some way to control it better. It was far too hot - we were all sweltering and driver apparently couldn’t turn it down/off.

40 mins late. Stood out in the freezing cold waiting. The bus seemed nice and new but the wait was a bit much with no update when it would arrive.

On my recent return journey from Dublin Airport Terminal 2, I boarded the 1.45 pm coach to Belfast. All good it seemed the coach had plenty of space, and I got a good seat with the WIFI working for once . We traveled to Terminal 1 where the driver then told everyone to disembark and get on a coach 2 in front if we were going to Belfast, by the time everyone got off and got luggage out of the hold, etc we had to rush to the coach 2 in front only to find it already packed with passengers presumably from Terminal 1, it was extremely confusing as no one seemed to know what was happening. I was lucky to find a seat at the back. After a long-haul flight, I was just hoping for a straight forward relaxing journey home , unfortunately it was anything but

Air conditioning a big problem, but you know that as your driver warned us all before departure. Nearly passed out. Would not use again as a result. Driving and time.e keeping excellent.

The last aircoach to Bray and Greystones is at 8.10pm, which is far too early. The service should run until at least 11pm

Paid for a flexible ticket - at the stop I was advised flexible tickets aren't valid if other people are waiting without a ticket. Unable to change to earlier coach. No point paying for flexible booking.

We travelled in 1 AM from Cork to Dublin. Hour before departure every seat was full already and the entire way there was a woman screaming at someone over the videocall and keeping the lights on and even though everyone complained that they wanna sleep, nothing changed. Seats have to be the most uncomfortable seats ever, no matter how you position yourself, you are breaking either your back or your knees. As a tall person I most definitely didn't enjoy it and I will never travel again with an aircoach. I'd rather walk to Dublin honest to God. I just don't understand how can seats be so uncomfortable?? When we travelled back from Dublin to Cork I thought if I take the last row of seats (cause the bus was empty) I might get away with it but no, it's was even worse just because of the shape of the seats. I mean just horrible.
