It was incredibly hot on that bus as the heating was running all the time full steam. The driver refused to turn it down on our request. Quite an ordeal this trip!

Unfortunately the 8.05am bus from Blackthorne road, Sandyford never showed up on Tuesday 4th April. I eventually got an email later in the day but this didn't help the worry while waiting for the bus and thinking I missed it.

My bus back to cork from Dublin airport was a very unpleasant experience. The bus was fully booked which is no problem, but to make this more comfortable nothing was done. The bus was unclean to begin with. I saw rotting fruit on the floor under seats and also items of clothing showing there was no adequate check by the bus driver before new passengers were boarding. The toilet was very unclean and every time someone used it, a smell was let into the already stuffy air. I’m always reluctant to use air coach as it usually is never a pleasant experience but this last experience made me sure I won’t be using it again unless necessary.

Bus departed 15 mins late from Dublin. Toilet on board was out of order, so this necessitated a 15 min stop in Ballacolla. Resulted in arrival to Cork about 40 mins later than planned, which was annoying. It was a Sat 11am departure, so very little traffic to blame.

Buses aren’t frequent enough. Mostly always booked up. I used to use this service multiple times per week but can never get booked on it anymore. Last time I used it the seats did not recline, there was no heat on, the lights were kept on for the whole journey at 3am, chargers were not working and a passenger was vomiting but the bus did not stop for him, nor did it get cleaned for the rest of the journey onto Dublin city centre when I got off at the airport.

The buses were delay, and it weren’t in the best condition. And that you’re unable to change the tickets is annoying.

Coach was late. Bus stand at Dublin airport was disorganized & chaotic. Despite buying web ticket well in advance, boarding & crowding was such that I ended up in middle seat of 5 in last row, packed tightly among strangers with zero personal space. Ventilation was also extremely poor on bus & was very hot & stuffy. But, positives were that it was a safe & cost effective ride. Staff at Dublin bus stand were also friendly.

Driver didn’t stop at our stop. Didn’t even offer any stops near our stop, had to go up and ask him to stop at whatever the next stop was after he whipped by where we ere meant to get off. Extra annoying because me and the four people I was with all told him we wanted to go to UCD when we got on

Great journey from Dublin airport to Shankill, driver was so helpful! Return journey not so much, we needed to change our baby but the driver refused to unlock the toilet door so we had to spend an hour with an unsettled baby due to him being so unhelpful

The coach was packed. People with large rucksacks we’re trying to use seats to accommodate them instead of putting them in the luggage hold. The wifi didn’t work. We were told only at the start of the journey that the toilet was not available. Good thing: the bus left and arrived on time. Otherwise a miserable experience and fabulously expensive.

Timetable has not yet recovered to pre-covid levels so buses are always overcrowded

so bad. People who urgently need to go to the toilet cannot go because it is locked! They don't stop in emergencies either. So pee in the bus? On arrival, the ticket was invalid as the flight was delayed. Yes, I didn't have a flex ticket either. Good thing, because the following buses had no more space either. So how long should the customer wait for a bus ? I have never experienced anything so bad anywhere in the world. Africa and Greece are light years ahead. Fortunately, we did get a bus with Translink. It took a little longer, but at least we were transported. I won't be booking your company again so soon, and I'll be spreading the word on all social channels. Your ratings are not good anyway, so mine doesn't matter either. But since it goes worldwide, I think something will change. I have also seen this with other bad companies.

The not comfortable situation is that the last connection from Dublin Airport to Cork is at midnight. You do not care about the Passengers of the plane who are arriving after midnight.

I've been taking the Aircoach for about three years from Belfast to Dublin. It is in desperate need of more services, it is always 'Booked Out', making it impossible to plan trips. Recently, I've been taking the train because I'm more guaranteed a seat.
