Bus was 40 minutes late at Dublin airport, no way of checking where the bus was, and there was a woman in a wheelchair part of our group left out in the cold. Not to mention, the bus was freezing.

The electric outlets did not work in the bus.

Service to the airport on the 702 was 25 minutes late. No apology from the driver, in fact he was extremely unfriendly. Surely there is a mechanism to notify people who have booked in advance to say that there is a delay.

Firstly I was forced to become a member of the Aircoach website and could not buy tickets as a guest which I strongly object to. Then, I booked the tickets for 25th April but when the final receipt came through it said I had booked the bus for May 2nd. Thankfully, I had purchased the 'change booking' option, so I immediately went back in to correct the date. Your website, on the activity page, said I had made the change, but I received no conformation email. On the day I was travelling (april 25th) I got a bit worried and called Aircoach from overseas to discover that Aircoach had no record of the change I had made through your website. The gentleman on the phone I spoke to then changed the date on the Aircoach system and I did receive a confirmation email. On arrival in Dublin we got on the bus and the driver had no record of my booking in his system. He was going to put us off the bus even though I was showing him the confirmation email. He said we would have to go to a supervisor... At almost midnight... I asked him to scan the QCode on the email and finally the booking showed up and he let us get on. The driver may have been tired after a long day but, he was the first person a lot of tourists visiting Ireland met on their arrival to our country and he was absolutely not a good first impression of Irish hospitality. Your company should have clear signage about not being able to pay the driver on board and informing people where they can purchase a ticket. Quite a few people were unaware of where they could purchase a ticket and the bus driver was surly and very quick to tell them to get off the bus, with no explanation of how to get a ticket. Even though we finally did get on the bus we had paid for and booked in advance, we were embarrassed as Irish people by the curt manner in which the visitors were being dealt with. A little customer service training would go a long way. Will not be using your service again unless it is absolutely unavoidable.

- We were late leaving - Big queue of people as previous service had not turned up! - just for 2 people who had booked online the bus had to go into the city centre and this added half an hour to the journey! - not a lot of leg space - bus was old

The bus was 15 minutes late for pick up, the only reason why I didn’t take a taxi wise because I was able to track it online, but for a boss that goes to the airport I find that unacceptable. At least a driver was able to make up time and arrive only 10 minutes late to the airport.

The bus driver was blowing cold air at full speed constantly from Dublin to Cork into the cabin. The internet was on and off.

Driver was so rude and intimidating. Watched me load on and off bags with my bag in my arms alone , told me I was holding up the bus. Can’t use toilet on Dublin services even though it’s on the coach

The bus was already gone 5 minutes before departure ... then the next bus was fifteen minutes late and I ended up waiting for 25 minutes ... This caused a lot of rush and stress at the airport.

My trip out to the airport was super. However on my return journey I had an incredibly grumpy driver. I wanted to remind him that he might be the first person tourists to Dublin might meet. He was quite rude; very curt and barely looked at them when they were asking if the bus stopped at wherever…. He clearly was having a bad day. I was so disappointed because I have always found the drivers so warm and friendly. This was my first time that I was disgusted that this driver was so grumpy and disgruntled.

a system that provides notifications to passengers of upcoming stops is a requirement, particularly for visitors taking routes for first time

The coaches certainly aren't built for comfort. For the distance travelled and time it took, I expected them to have a bit more room, a toilet and maybe even a small fold-down table on the back of the seat. I won't be using the service again.

We arrived at the coach stop opposite the Gresham hotel with the intention of catching the 08:45 scheduled coach. Other customers had been waiting for the earlier scheduled coach. The coach eventually arrived after 09:00 and by this time we were getting very wet from the rain. When I asked the driver why there was the long delay I received a sarcastic reply and no apology. The driver had also placed his bag on one of the front seats thereby depriving passengers the option of using it which created difficulties for storing cabin bags. Regards Terry Cole

Used air coach from Dublin airport to cork city . Was in a rush for the 7.30pm bus and was met by a not so nice air coach rep ..according to my email confirmation my bus was leaving from zone 2 . This is where I was but he grumbled your not at the right place …it’s up further and it hadn’t even come yet !! I was relieved but he obviously was having a bad day … I used the Go bus on the way up and would probably use them again over aircoach just because their staff are nicer to deal with .It costs nothing to have a pleasant manner while dealing with the public .

I travelled from Derry and had a flight at 7am in Belfast City airport. I looked online and seen that Glengall street was an option on the route but could not select it online. I rang up to the office and was advised that if I wanted to get off there I would of had to purchase a ticket the entire way to Dublin and just tell the driver I’m getting off in Belfast as it is technically only a “pick up” location but he “couldn’t force me to stay on the bus”. This is misleading as it doesn’t state online that Glengall street is only for pick ups and I think it is unfair to make someone pay a fair to Dublin when they are not going there. I did it as I had no other option and arrived to the air coach for the 3am bus. When I told the driver he told me very bluntly that he wouldn’t be driving into Glengall street and I was told the wrong information. He told me to get on the bus and he’ll see what he could do. I sat the entire bus journey to belfast international airport anxious as I didn’t know if I was getting into Belfast and I had a flight in a few hours. When we got to international I went back up and asked about my situation and he told me that they’ll drop me in. I think the frustration for them was that there was no one scheduled to be picked up. Again though, I had followed the advice I was given, overpaid for a location and then sat on alert the entire journey incase i wasn’t getting to Belfast. The whole experience needs work, your website needs to be clearer that you do not accommodate those travelling to Belfast city airport and you should not make people pay to go to Dublin then leave them debating with the driver. It adds a lot of unnecessary stress ahead of a flight and I was disappointed with the experience. I don’t think I will use Aircoach again

Excuse when I called the office…. Same problem for the past month coming out of Bray! They say leave plenty of time, but instead of arriving at 09:39, 10:15!!! Cold and wet waiting.driver said heat on, yes in his area, but not for the rest of us in the coach, remember waiting in the Irish weather!! Could have been avoided if drivers log were actioned upon! Missed flight. More regular service going by Dart into Dublin and bus out, cheaper by far. Lots more options

No information was provided about the service. It did not start at Glengall St in Belfast. The coach came from Derry, and stayed for a very few minutes at an undisclosed pick-up I found that out by chance, and at the last minute, so almost missed boarding. That said, the non-stop drive to Dublin airport is welcome.
