Seats not quite uncomfortable for the back and no WiFi for the trip

The coach arrived 15 minutes late, again!

The bus ride was okay. The most troubling aspect though was the non-functioning toilet on the bus and the fact the bus driver would not stop for people who needed to use the bathroom.

No surprise seeing previous reviews. Coach almost drove past me without stopping at the Dublin city centre stop, he was driving quite fast. Driver was incredibly rude when he did stop, like he was annoyed that he had to stop. Made no effort during check-in process, don't expect help with luggage either, driver didn't instruct how to open the bay (you have to do that yourself) and responded annoyingly when I asked how (red button on side of bus) - "I told you already" - clearly didn't hear you. Don't be a dick about it. His driving was a little reckless and uncomfortably fast once on board. I suppose functional, since the purpose is to get to the airport on time. But a tiny amount of customer support isn't hard to provide, so hence the poor rating.

The time schedule was changed and since then the buses are not as frequent. There isn't one before 5am or after 12pm at night.

The bus was cramped and uncomfortable. I preferred the Airporter style coaches. I also think that there are too many stops for the Derry to Dublin route. The journey is not express.

On two occasions in the past the 23:45 Aircoach that I was booked on left a few minutes early, causing me to miss it and leaving me stranded in Dublin. Each time I emailed in a complaint and, to my knowledge, no investigation took place. I felt that this was unacceptable each time. Of course, this means that it could easily happen again in the future.

No Wi-fi from Dublin Airport to Cork, driver was no help. Normally have no issues with Aircoach.

The toilet on the bus was not cleaned before the journey. I was one of the first to board and the first to use the toilet. It had clearly not been cleaned in a while and was pretty disgusting. There were many ladies who went to use it but turned back after opening the door. Being a non stop service from Cork to Dublin this is obviously a problem for some people.

The temperature on the bus was unbearable. The driver even said to ask him to turn down the temperature if it gets too warm and I did, only for him to turn it back up after 15 mins. This happened 3 times before I gave up. For the return journey at 11:30pm the driver went so far out of the lane that the lane departure assist warning started beeping. This happened two or three times. The sockets seems to be missing from most buses now, can't remember the last time i saw them on one. Sorry to say but I'll be switching to go bus for my Dublin Airport transfers, quality has gone way downhill.

first the EX 705 on 13.4. /12.45 was late secondly, it didnt scann my ticket and I had to go out again and stand outside, while my wife was already in the coach... it was not my problem... and I can't accept this behaviour

I use the aircoach every week from cork to dublin return but am considering switching to gobus as every day on one of the journeys the wifi does not work for the whole trip.

not impressed with the state of the bus, the seats were pretty dirty… luckily we changed bus at the airport to a nicer newer Volvo bus. but then in Belfast back to a regular Aircoach bus and you have to check all the seats to pick the least dirty one to sit on… sigh … can you please clean your busses more? Thanks a million.

I left my duty free on board on a Friday and it was hard to make contact and then, when I did, there was nothing that could usefully be done until Monday and even then there was no positive process or result. My fault entirely of course in the first place.

Too hot in the bus during the day and too cold during the night.

Our driver told us we could not keep our backpacks in the overhead shelves and that we had to keep them under our feet for the ride bc they might fault out during turns. I have never been told this on any other bus ride and having to keep our backpacks under our feet instead of in the overhead bins made for an uncomfortable ride as there was little to no leg room already with that bus’s seats.
