“Not running often enough, from Belfast int. if plane delayed it’s a 2 hour wait for next coach.”

“Two stars due to aircon blowing cold air down the window for the whole journey. It was not coming from the panel above our heads. If it was we would have turned it off. We were frozen. Otherwise coach was on time and drivers were pleasant.”

“The actual air coach journey was fine and on time but the customer service at the airport pick up stop was not what anyone arriving to Ireland would be happy with. I live in Dublin and I really felt the staff were disinterested, gave very little information and were flippant. It really surprised me.”

“I took the bus on Tuesday. The driver was driving erratic and turning lights off continuosly. Please move him to a day shift to save us all.”

“From City Center to airport, all buses were packed and only took passengers with online booking. We waited for almost 2hrs and ended up having to take taxi.”

“POOR. I nearly missed it .. as I was a few min early . Driver said that I should be there ten min before the depart time. As we drove along I was not alone as I saw many passengers running to get to the stop... Also having to book can't be guaranteed as plane's are often late esp at the end of the day.. So booking may not work . Also 2 hours wait is two long between. busses it used to be 30min.. All a poor service for the passenger.. That is my review. the service has got worse..Looks like you guys are being paid to keep us at home and not fly at all.. and of course to save the planet!”

“The service is fine on board but it is so inconvenient that it no longer stops at Altnagelvin, meaning a taxi ride is required to get out with luggage to the Drumahoe park and ride.”

“On a bus that broke down on route from Cork to Dublin on May 17th. We were treated absolutely disgraceful by the driver who was unhelpful and rude.”

“The bus was far too hot leg room could be better and no bottle/cup holders on the back of the seats. Also there should be CCTV recording the luggage area as one of our bags was stolen and no one seen anything!”

“No air conditioning on the bus, it was really hot and we were sitting near the front - it must have been awful down the back. The bus was full and very stuffy, driver said there was nothing he could do about it. Not great and the journey took a long time going through city centre”
