The return journey to Belfast International Airport was overcrowded, smelly and lacked air conditioning. It felt third world.

Bad because it was 1-4 am and the driver was with the music very loud not allowing the passengers to sleep. Also driving very fast and risky with rain. It arrived even earlier.

Was very hot at the back of the bus. Being tall I had no other option than to sit there as there’s not enough space between the seats in general. Even that space felt quite crammed next to the toilet. Overal uncomfortable journey.

Your refusal to allow bookings using a free-travel pass is not reasonable. Should us 66yr+ FT pass holders have to take a risk and wait for a bus only to risk being being informed at the bus stop that no seat is available ?? This forces us to pay to guarantee a seat - this is not reasonable and something decided upon by the company management. The lack of a frequent service on the 703 route is a regular matter of complaint amongst many fellow residents of Killiney and surrounding areas. The two hour frequency is not attractive. I was forced to use buslink due to Aircoach timetable, for my return trip - less costly & more frequent.. The earliest bus leaving Killiney is too late for the 06.XX departures also - can an earlier bus not be operated. The emailed barcode ticket is not scanned on bus and one has to disclose one's name for the driver - seems a silly situation ??? In summary: Costly at 14.00 euros No online booking possible for FT pass holders Lack of early service Two hour frequency not practical Kevin

Timetable needs updating. No allowance made for stops which took about 3 minutes per stop. The bus was late ( not your fault) and the extra time not allowed for stops meant I missed my connection. No accommodation booked in Galway. Luckily I was able to get a lift from a family member. This necessitated a round trip of 3 hours. I have already made a complaint. How do you not know this? What’s the point of a review if you ignore it?

Driver was not customer friendly but his driving was good.Had the air-conditioning on all the way to cork.lots of the passengers had to put their coats on it was to cold.againno consideration for his passengers.To be honest I used aircoach before had no problem but this time disappointed.

It arrived 28 minutes late to stop. Even if a person isn't in hurry (which I wasn't) there is no way to track if bus is on the way or not, so one could easily decide to take a cab rather than wait half an hour for a bus that was supposedly scheduled for a specific time.

Booked the 15.50 bus for today from Dublin airport to Belfast 5 weeks in advance for 10 people. We were in a queue waiting to board the bus and when our bus arrived, and after the passengers got off, the driver allowed us to put our bags on. So far so good. We stood and stood and stood not being allowed to board the bus. At 15.55 I asked the driver why he wasn’t letting us on the bus. He said that the guy who checks the tickets hadn’t arrived and that he was probably having his tea break. He said he checked the tickets with a scanner. Eventually he arrived in no hurry I might add. Along came another bus and he allowed people from that bus to get on our bus before us…no explanation! Then he started to check tickets without a scanner! This man (English accent) was abrasive and rude and made us feel that we were a nuisance. He was rude to 2 students in our party and also very rude to another man in the queue in front of us. Just awful. When we eventually got on the bus there was no Wi-Fi and no air conditioning AND we were 20 minutes late leaving. The bus driver never spoke a word to us the whole journey. We would have at least expected him to apologise for the late departure. It was not a good first impression of Ireland for 6 in our party. In fact it was extremely embarrassing.

I had bought a return ticket but couldn’t use it on my way back to the airport because the bus was fully booked for following two hours.

The bus stop I booked through your app was no longer in use. The signage informing me of that was so small I didn’t see it until 5 minutes to it’s booked departure so I had to race down to the next stop, which I got to just before it was supposed to leave. However it turned out the bus had left 5 minutes early! Myself and another passenger were left stranded.

We initially received accurate information about the bus stop through our app, however it appears the bus stop you were directed to had been removed and the signage that was in place to inform passengers was too small. We very much welcome your feedback and would like to use it to make sure something like this doesn't happen again. Is there anything in particular you suggest we could do to make sure this doesn't happen again? We take this issue very seriously and would like to take necessary steps to fix this problem.

Had put in wrong date for return journey Realised mistake Gave over 10 days notice Difference been date of one day Told me Had to purchase new set of tickets Would not change date. When I said airporter previous owners would have been helpful and understanding Was told well we are Air coach Totally unhelpful Certainly will not use again

I tried to log in and had forgotten my password but your website gives no option to change the password (other than when you are logged in). I was also unable to re register as my email had been used. I booked with Translink.

The bus was late, meaning I missed my connection. I understand this is beyond your control. I had built extra time into my schedule but this much longer than I expected. Your timetable doesn’t allow for people to alight with their luggage and board with luggage. Not satisfactory for an airport service. At least 3 minutes needed at each stop.

Arrived late, took much more than declared and I risked to lose the flight. It's slower, less comfortable and more expensive than the concurrency

Was not impressed when they moved us from a comfortable bus with wifi to an absolutely packed charter bus with no wifi.
