I am 70yrs Old & when I traveled on the Aircoach in the past, the Coach Driver’s always put my Case under the Coach for me, when we arrived @ the Airport he would take it out again. This time he didn’t help @ all to or from the Airport. I have a problem with my left arm & I’m not allowed to lift anything heavier than a bag of Sugar my bag was a 10kg.

Bus was delayed leaving Dublin airport and nearly missed my train as you had over sold tickets and the driver was having arguments with the last couple of people who couldn't get on. Bus was also pretty old, rattly, and grubby. Had a far better experience using Translink on my way to Dublin.

The trip up was fine but the trip back was no so. I travelled from Dublin to Cork at midnight on Friday the 30th June/1st July. Around Goffs where there are 3 lanes, the driver was overtaking in the inside lane, even though there were no cars in the outside lane (he could have over taken there). The bus kept veering onto the hard shoulder (I was afraid he was falling asleep)

The service from Derry to Dublin Airport no longer goes directly there. It is via Belfast adding on extra time. Also, the temperature on the coach fell to an uncomfortable temperature after the stop at Aldegrove, despite asking the driver to increase the heat. My first time using this new service, and probably my last.

Since you changed the route a couple of years ago, It takes longer to fly from Dublin to Madrid than taking the aircoach from the airport to Bray.

From Belfast to Dublin a very noisy crowd were travelling two seats away from me shouting, swearing and playing excruciatingly loud 'music' the whole time. I didn't want to inform the driver in case they got violent. I am 68 and like quiet on such journeys. The driver must have heard this but did nothing. I heard other passengers near me complaining but nothing was done. Something needs to be done about anti-social passengers. I now live in Bulgaria and there is no such behaviour on coaches.

The Aircoach was late from the city center and it took us 4 hrs travel instead of 3 hours.Same last year when I travel from Dublin to Cork it took 4 hours

Our bus never showed up. We were told “it is stuck in traffic and will be here in a few minutes”. An hour later it was still not there. We were clearly lied to. The 1:45 bus arrived on time. We were told the bus was full and couldn’t get on. Miraculously the bus was not full. Maybe half. Then we were let on. After that it was smooth. Didn’t appreciate the lies.

The bus was late, roasting hot and we weren’t able to get seats together with our small children.

The return journey to Belfast International Airport was overcrowded, smelly and lacked air conditioning. It felt third world.

Bad because it was 1-4 am and the driver was with the music very loud not allowing the passengers to sleep. Also driving very fast and risky with rain. It arrived even earlier.

Was very hot at the back of the bus. Being tall I had no other option than to sit there as there’s not enough space between the seats in general. Even that space felt quite crammed next to the toilet. Overal uncomfortable journey.

Your refusal to allow bookings using a free-travel pass is not reasonable. Should us 66yr+ FT pass holders have to take a risk and wait for a bus only to risk being being informed at the bus stop that no seat is available ?? This forces us to pay to guarantee a seat - this is not reasonable and something decided upon by the company management. The lack of a frequent service on the 703 route is a regular matter of complaint amongst many fellow residents of Killiney and surrounding areas. The two hour frequency is not attractive. I was forced to use buslink due to Aircoach timetable, for my return trip - less costly & more frequent.. The earliest bus leaving Killiney is too late for the 06.XX departures also - can an earlier bus not be operated. The emailed barcode ticket is not scanned on bus and one has to disclose one's name for the driver - seems a silly situation ??? In summary: Costly at 14.00 euros No online booking possible for FT pass holders Lack of early service Two hour frequency not practical Kevin

Timetable needs updating. No allowance made for stops which took about 3 minutes per stop. The bus was late ( not your fault) and the extra time not allowed for stops meant I missed my connection. No accommodation booked in Galway. Luckily I was able to get a lift from a family member. This necessitated a round trip of 3 hours. I have already made a complaint. How do you not know this? What’s the point of a review if you ignore it?

It arrived 28 minutes late to stop. Even if a person isn't in hurry (which I wasn't) there is no way to track if bus is on the way or not, so one could easily decide to take a cab rather than wait half an hour for a bus that was supposedly scheduled for a specific time.
