Coach was filthy, seat cushion beside me fell off and went flying forward. Toilet was unavailable though the smell still reeked at the back of the coach.

The Aircoach is great - when you can get it. We used the to get to the airport but we were extremely limited by the reduced services that have been on offer since Covid. We had intended to use Aircoach upon our return, as it had advertised in the airport terminal that services run every 15 minutes. We were then advised that we would have to wait 2 hours for the next 702 bus. We obviously did not wait and instead had to get two Dublin buses back home. I would love to support Aircoach as the service on board is next to none; drivers are friendly, the bus is always punctual and it’s very comfortable. It is hard to use when the timetables are so limited

The driver was great, but the 2 hour gap between coaches for the 703 route is strange, especially when the Leopardstown bus is every 15 minutes. We had made alternative plans as a result, and only used Aircoach because our flight was delayed. It is unlikely we will use Aircoach again anytime soon, simply based on the very poor frequency of service.

Are there any suggestions you might have on how we could improve on the frequency of service for the 703 route in the future?

The journey itself was fine but the bus driver was disgustingly rude to one particular customer and quite rude to others including myself.

Just in relation to a bus I recently tried to get from leeson st to the airport. I tried booking online but there is no option for "leeson st. Upper" despite this being the name of the actual stop and the name on the sign for your bus stop. As I could not find this specific stop online I did not want to book in case it was accidentally incorrect and couldn't find the name of this stop on your website. For the 03:20 bus on 14/07 when the bus arrived the driver informed me it was full so I am left stranded. Thank you for the misleading booking on the website

The changing of buses at airport with no indication as having to when booking ticket. Do not let passengers who have conditions out anywhere to use a toilet. And even when there is a toilet on the bus it is locked and not for public use. Not good enough

I feel that your charge is very misleading I expected to pay the advertised prices of £5 per bag per day but was billed an additional £3.50 for some guarantee that was not made clear at the time of purchase. Don’t like being ripped off, won’t use the service again. Plus the mad that served us had terrible body odour.

We were informed at the beginning of the trip that the toilet wasn't working but were not given an opportunity to use a nearby toilet before commencing the journey. We were told in no uncertain times by the bus-driver that he would not stop for a toilet break. I understand the safety issues on the motorway, but a stop before the motorway could have been considered? My 87 year old mother found the journey very uncomfortable.

€80 for 5 people and took 2 hours to gey from Greystones to the airport. Wouldn't encourage anyone to not bring their car to the airport

Aircoach was scheduled to pick us up at 3:07pm from our stop. Bus arrived 45 mins late with no explanation, causing us to be extremely rushed at the airport to make our flight. Restroom was locked on the bus, my wife needed to use it urgently and had to wait until we got to the airport.

Our journey to the airport was with a very unfriendly driver. Our journey from the airport two weeks later was with a driver who didn't stop at our stop - there was no bell to ring and we were sitting at the back of the bus so couldn't walk down to him as bus was moving.

The coach broke down and we had to sit and wait over an hour for a new bus, it was cold on the bus.

It was so hot in the coach l began to feel ill. Air con was inadequate and the roof windows were closed. I was very glad to get off.

As a frequent use of the airporter (using this service every 6 weeks), I strongly feel the airporter was a better service as it was more frequent. The issue now is that if you land or are aiming to get a flight, the times of the buses are less frequent and it is ultimately less efficient. I feel very strongly that the frequency of the airporter buses were far more convenient.

There appears to be no co-ordination between plane arrivals and Aircoach arrivals at the airport. I waited 2 hours for a coach at Belfast International ( June '23). Not good enough Aircoach.
