“The team in Dublin airport were very helpful and lovely when I was trying to get back down to Cork to meet an doctor urgently but the bus driver screamed at me and left one of our party behind (there were three of us) even though I had bought tickets for all three for that particular time slot. Again, the team at the airport did everything in the power to make sure that my partner did make it onto the next bus but it did delay me going to A&E that night as he needed to bring me.”

“Aircoach has the potential to be a very good service. However, the pick-up point in Belfast is disgraceful. It is on a sleazy side of the street where there is no shelter, no information, no forecasted arrival of the bus, no ticketing and generally no way to even line up to get on the bus. Once we were picked up the coach was an efficient way to get to the Dublin Airport.”

“The aircoach was very warm and crowded. Very little leg space. I travelled on the Aircoach from Dublin Terminal 2 and was booked and paid to travel to Derry, however, I got off the bus in Belfast and travelled home from the Europa bus station on the 212 bus instead. This was much more comfortable. Bus did not stop for a break.”

“Really disappointed in the service - attitude of the driver on the way from Dublin to Belfast lack of customer care - driver in the way to Dublin was courteous and helpful - complete opposite to return journey - bus wasn’t very clean and lack of air conditioning - very disappointed”

“C’est le pire bus que j’ai prise dans ma vie, pas de tablette au niveau du siège devant toi pour poser le téléphone ou la nourriture, sachant que c’est un long trajet que j’ai pris, de Dublin vers Belfast, 3 heures de route. L’arrêt de bus était de l’autre côté de la route alors que sur la réserve il précise que c’est devant l’hôtel, heureusement y avait une personne qui nous a prévenu 5 minutes avant le départ du bus. Le conducteur était agréable il s’est présenté et il nous a dit qu’il faut pas hésite de lui demander des renseignement si besoin .”

“Only available every 2 hours. A useless display screen that should announce each stop, but doesn't. Luggage pushed to the back of the luggage compartment. I had to practically climb inside to get it. No assistance from the driver. Roundabout route. On the plus side the coach arrived on time.”

“The driver of the bus who picked me up from Dublin left me to put my suitcase onto the bus because he was too busy vaping despite me being an elderly passenger with walking aids. When we got to Belfast, he again jumped off the bus to vape without helping to get the luggage off of the bus. Luckily the driver from Belfast to Dublin a week later was much more helpful and a lot friendlier.”

“Driver said we were late. We were in fact 15 minutes earlier. He drove off Clayton immediately after we boarded, 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. We barely made it, even though we booked online and arrived 15 mins early. Who knows how many people planned on taking the 16:30 but were ditched as a result. Unreliable.”

“Sorry to have to provide a rating of two out of five but my reasons are as follows…. 1. Unbelievable cramped seating. I am 6’ 4” and while I used to be able to “relax” and get some sleep while in transit to/from Cork/Dublin I can no longer do so . I got off you new bus exhausted and still had more travel to do. That primarily is why I will try to avoid Aircoach moving forward. 2. The connivence of purchasing a ticket on the fly was great. No it has to be done online and in advance and with little flexibility.”
