I’m currently on the aircoach from cork to dublin and it’s not acceptable to have to endure a 3h with a disgusting smell from the toilet which hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The temperature is not being regulated and we’re in such uncomfortable conditions for the price we pay it would be expected a higher level of respect to the customers. This is a private run company where customers aren’t coming first in the priorities.

Bus was 30 minutes late, and I was denied boarding at first , and was told “this isn’t your bus” but I ultimately prevailed. The 16 bus in Dublin passed 5 times during my wait and I could have saved money with that. But I arrived safely and retrieved my bag successfully from underneath which was good.

Generally I think the Aircoach service is great however I just can’t understand why the service to Greystones only runs every 2hrs. Prior to the Covid Pandemic it was hourly & when I inquire at the desk in the Airport I’m told it’s due to lack of passengers. Is it possible that the lack of passengers is due to the lack of service??? No one wants to wait around for 2 hrs after arriving off a flight. Also the 702 route to Greystones has changed & now does a trip all over the city sometimes making the journey from the Airport close to 2 hrs depending on traffic. Thank you for what is (apart from the above issue) an excellent service.

I think the boarding of the coach is horrendous. There is no proper boarding system in Cork or system of placing the luggage in the luggage compartment. An aircoach person should manage that and there should be a ticket for placing liable in the compartment that when you get to the destination it is checked that you took the right bag. You need to apply rules where people line up similar to at airports and then there should be assigned seating if you travel more than one person. It’s like stuffing cattle on a truck- awful. Not impressed. It wasn’t great years ago but it’s worse now. But I presume aircoach is relaxed about it as there aren’t other options (yes there is one other company but often other times).

Not very happy with the service we booked for two from Charleslands at Greystones on the 10 am 1/8/23 It was pouring with rain at the start, so we waited in a car for the bus to arrive The bus passed by without stopping. At 10 /10 am Fortunately, we were able to find a car to get us to the next stop in Greystones. We’re not very happy with the arrangements and if we booked I’m sure the driver should’ve been aware that there was a pick up required at Charlesland Otherwise, the trip was satisfactory, and on time at the airport Derek Potts o’clock

Very disappointed. Outgoing journey was about 10minutes late. Return journey - coach was 20mins yes late with very poor comms from the staff on the ground. The bus had to be changed - and we left an hour late. The bus itself poor with the advertised chargers not working. The driver himself was fine and did his best.

We had to change the bus twice which was a nuisance especially with young children who had to be woken up

I was very disappointed with my recent service, Dublin to Belfast. I received contradictory instructions from 4 different staff (11.50am service from Dublin to Belfast), no information about the journey, and the wifi was not working. As I sent my email to complain on.my mobile data, the network was changed as the bus crossed the border so i am not sure if it was received. Service may provide value fir money but i was not impressed.

The team in Dublin airport were very helpful and lovely when I was trying to get back down to Cork to meet an doctor urgently but the bus driver screamed at me and left one of our party behind (there were three of us) even though I had bought tickets for all three for that particular time slot. Again, the team at the airport did everything in the power to make sure that my partner did make it onto the next bus but it did delay me going to A&E that night as he needed to bring me.

Was a bad experience, the bus driver seemed inexperienced and the ride was very jerky. The first bus had an endless alarm.

Aircoach has the potential to be a very good service. However, the pick-up point in Belfast is disgraceful. It is on a sleazy side of the street where there is no shelter, no information, no forecasted arrival of the bus, no ticketing and generally no way to even line up to get on the bus. Once we were picked up the coach was an efficient way to get to the Dublin Airport.

The aircoach was very warm and crowded. Very little leg space. I travelled on the Aircoach from Dublin Terminal 2 and was booked and paid to travel to Derry, however, I got off the bus in Belfast and travelled home from the Europa bus station on the 212 bus instead. This was much more comfortable. Bus did not stop for a break.

Plug didn’t work to charge phone. Impossible to find a comfortable position to sleep in due to design of the seats and window frames.

The actual Airbus is good but your timetable is terrible plus you don’t go to Belfast City Airport. Bring back the Derry Airporter!
