The bus stop I booked through your app was no longer in use. The signage informing me of that was so small I didn’t see it until 5 minutes to it’s booked departure so I had to race down to the next stop, which I got to just before it was supposed to leave. However it turned out the bus had left 5 minutes early! Myself and another passenger were left stranded.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with Aircoach. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and disruption that it caused you. We initially received accurate information about the bus stop through our app, however it appears the bus stop you were directed to had been removed and the signage that was in place to inform passengers was too small. We very much welcome your feedback and would like to use it to make sure something like this doesn't happen again. Is there anything in particular you suggest we could do to make sure this doesn't happen again? We take this issue very seriously and would like to take necessary steps to fix this problem.

Had put in wrong date for return journey Realised mistake Gave over 10 days notice Difference been date of one day Told me Had to purchase new set of tickets Would not change date. When I said airporter previous owners would have been helpful and understanding Was told well we are Air coach Totally unhelpful Certainly will not use again

I tried to log in and had forgotten my password but your website gives no option to change the password (other than when you are logged in). I was also unable to re register as my email had been used. I booked with Translink.

The bus was late, meaning I missed my connection. I understand this is beyond your control. I had built extra time into my schedule but this much longer than I expected. Your timetable doesn’t allow for people to alight with their luggage and board with luggage. Not satisfactory for an airport service. At least 3 minutes needed at each stop.

Arrived late, took much more than declared and I risked to lose the flight. It's slower, less comfortable and more expensive than the concurrency

Was not impressed when they moved us from a comfortable bus with wifi to an absolutely packed charter bus with no wifi.

Could you have hired a ruder driver on the number 700 bus , leaving terminal 2 at 15.00 on the 4th June.? I live in Dublin but if I was a tourist , I would have had an obnoxious start to my holiday

If I’d another way of getting to airport I’d use it. This is second time I’ve had a grumpy driver with a less than warm attitude. It’s as if it’s an inconvenience to them that you’re getting on the bus. My driver today is also driving along the motorway with one hand holding the steering wheel and the other holding a coffee. Hardly safe driving

Usually Aircoach is a fine service that I'd give 4 stars to. However on this occasion the Aircoach I had booked never turned up. After waiting 40 minutes for the next one, I ask the driver if I can use my previous ticket as the previous coach didn't turn up. "Don't be telling lies" is his response. What a rude response to a frequent customer that paid for a service that wasn't provided. At least I was able to use my previous ticket and should still make my flight. Otherwise it would be 1 star on this occasion. I'll be considering other options to get to the airport if this happens again or if your drivers customer service doesn't improve.

The bus was supposed to pick us (4 people) up at 8h45 am at our hotel in order to bring us to the meetup point. It never came, we had to take the taxi from the hotel to the location to get on the bus to go to connemara.

The coach arrived 15 minutes late at Dublin airport...not acceptable given that morning traffic was light. Other areas for improvement: Driver should announce the airport terminal on arrival - tourists assumed that teminal 1 was first, not terminal 2. Driver should help remove luggage - passengers had to go inside the luggage hold to remove their bags. Perhaps our driver was new, however, he seemed very inexperienced.

It's imperative to have a toilet room. Overall everything is good, but the fact that there is no toilet available makes the service ridiculous. Tiago

Two stars due to aircon blowing cold air down the window for the whole journey. It was not coming from the panel above our heads. If it was we would have turned it off. We were frozen. Otherwise coach was on time and drivers were pleasant.

There seems to be a policy of not turning on the heat on the bus. 4.5 hour journey nearly frozen to death
