All passengers were asked to disembark from a nice new bus at trip start to board an older bus with worse seats, stifling heat, and exhaust fumes in cabin for 2 hour main trip.

The previous airporter business had more trips and more flexibility if you missed a bus due to delayed flights

Service was delayed by >20 minutes without any notification although mail address and phone number were provided during booking process. No excuse for delay.

The worst booking system, I bought with the flexible purchase option to be able to change the ticket. I tried to change it at least 6 hours in advance and it was impossible, I had to buy another ticket.

The drivers were not the best in my experience. At least half of them were very rude. Unfortunately, I don't have any other option for my route so I had to choose AirCoach but I think they need to behave much better to the customers.

Experience at ter2 was awful - no system for passengers queuing. Passengers skipping others to get on, no clarify about numbers of seats available . The guys was lovely working there but had no system in place to manage crowds - route in question was the 700

Have previously used aircoach for short journeys (Dublin centre to airport) but recently used aircoach for trip from Derry to Dublin. There was no AC turned on on the bus on a sunny day, the plugs were not working to charge phones. Staff were friendly but all in all it was a very uncomfortable journey

Coach was 25 minutes late arriving at our stop. Journey took well over an hour making us nearly miss our flight. The cost was acceptable but unfortunately didn't make up for the delay and resulting stress it caused.

Aug 25 ride from airport, driver was hard to understand and rude. Had his bag in from seats and when I say down he said that’s my bag and I said that’s ok I’m not going to take it and he got upset with me. Why would the driver put his personal bag in the passenger seats anyway? Just very unfriendly.

I travel on Aircoach once a week for a year, alternating with gobus. recently I am travelling more on globus as the quality of the aircocah is going down. Its guarnateed the wifi will not work on the entire journey on the outward or return (guessing one bus's modem isnt working for the last two months and not being fixed) the last straw was the toilet has been blocked on one bus for the last two weeks.

I purchased a flexipass but was unable to change dates or times. I had to rebook and then apply for a refund which I haven't received as yet, nor even received an acknowledgment. Found the App poor but I know its being updated. As for the actual service of driver, bus, safety, cleanliness, time, I've no issue.

Route 702 has been reduced to only every 2 hours since we came out of COVID. Previously it was hourly and convenient. I don't particularly have a problem arriving at Dublin airport in plenty of time, but what is a real problem is the journey back home. If one just misses a coach it is almost a two hour wait , something one doesn't need. And if it's early evening you can forget any coach. Aircoach seem to think a very frequent service to Leopardstown will placate folk on the other routes: Greystones and Killiney. Please Aircoach will you consider the plea to return our hourly service. At present it is barely a service, and being dumped near a Luas is poor consideration to passengers between Brides Glen and Dun Laoghaire area whiere Dublin Bus only supplies a 7 every 30 minutes, and an hourly service to Dalkey. This is not a service to the public of 2023, please take note.

I took recently a bus 706X from Galway to Dublin airport. It was not a good experience: the air conditioning inside was really too strong; the driver heard his radio at high volume annoying the passengers; when the driver had to pass a vehicle, he would turn the wheel abruptly to change the lane. So, I can’t recommend this route until Aircoach instruct some drivers how to behave. I left my e-mail so they can contact me for further details.

I've travelled on this coach in February and November to go to the rugby always been fine but traveling on it in August is a different story no cold air through the vents!!! It's like a sauna on this bus tonight to Belfast. I'm hoping I'm at least 1 stone lighter when I get off
