As a frequent use of the airporter (using this service every 6 weeks), I strongly feel the airporter was a better service as it was more frequent. The issue now is that if you land or are aiming to get a flight, the times of the buses are less frequent and it is ultimately less efficient. I feel very strongly that the frequency of the airporter buses were far more convenient.

There appears to be no co-ordination between plane arrivals and Aircoach arrivals at the airport. I waited 2 hours for a coach at Belfast International ( June '23). Not good enough Aircoach.

If it had of been like journey from Derry to Dublin I would of rated much better. Unfortunately not a good experience from Dublin starting with ticket Conductor. Flight arrived early so we were in time for the 9.50 bus to Derry, My wife was at bus at 9.40 with my youngest child I was getting bags with my daughter and was 5 minutes behind her when arrived was told sorry ur tickets have been sold such a rude man with no customer service skills at all, definitely in the wrong job.so had to wait 2 hrs for another bus which was totally unacceptable. As for the Drivers they had no personality, definitely Customer Training needed definitely will have to think twice about using this service again.

i booked the 5:30 bus on june 19th, we got to the bus stop at 5:35 expecting the bus to be gone as our flight was delayed! to our suprise the bus was still there so i walked up to knock and the driver looked at me and indicated to pull off the stop so i started knocking again and he pulled off, it would have taken him less than a minute to let us on but he completely disregarded me and pulled off after travelling for 10 hours already i was distraught and angry and felt so degraded

I bought a ticket to take me from Killarney to Dublin Airport changing coaches at Red Cow. The coach stopped a number of times to drop off and pick up passengers. This process seemed to take up a lot of time and resulted in the coach arriving late to Red Cow so we missed our connecting coach to Dublin Airport. We waited she’d for the next scheduled cosch but if never arrived so we had no option but to get a taxi to the airport which cost us €39. Luckily our flight was delayed otherwise we would have missed the flight. I would like to claim a refund for the unused portion of my ticket.

It was a great experience BUT the radiator on my feet was on FULL the entire time to the point where I couldn’t put my feet anywhere near it as it burnt my ankle leaving my ankle quite red and burning but other than this it was good but my ankle was burning up due to the intense heat

I have always flown into Belfast City Airport from Heathrow We always used the Airporter from City to Derry. Since Aircoach has taken over, this is no longer possible since you do not go to City Airport Unless this changes, we will fly in to Dublin AIrport instead. Poor planning.

I am 70yrs Old & when I traveled on the Aircoach in the past, the Coach Driver’s always put my Case under the Coach for me, when we arrived @ the Airport he would take it out again. This time he didn’t help @ all to or from the Airport. I have a problem with my left arm & I’m not allowed to lift anything heavier than a bag of Sugar my bag was a 10kg.

Bus was delayed leaving Dublin airport and nearly missed my train as you had over sold tickets and the driver was having arguments with the last couple of people who couldn't get on. Bus was also pretty old, rattly, and grubby. Had a far better experience using Translink on my way to Dublin.

The trip up was fine but the trip back was no so. I travelled from Dublin to Cork at midnight on Friday the 30th June/1st July. Around Goffs where there are 3 lanes, the driver was overtaking in the inside lane, even though there were no cars in the outside lane (he could have over taken there). The bus kept veering onto the hard shoulder (I was afraid he was falling asleep)

The service from Derry to Dublin Airport no longer goes directly there. It is via Belfast adding on extra time. Also, the temperature on the coach fell to an uncomfortable temperature after the stop at Aldegrove, despite asking the driver to increase the heat. My first time using this new service, and probably my last.

Since you changed the route a couple of years ago, It takes longer to fly from Dublin to Madrid than taking the aircoach from the airport to Bray.

From Belfast to Dublin a very noisy crowd were travelling two seats away from me shouting, swearing and playing excruciatingly loud 'music' the whole time. I didn't want to inform the driver in case they got violent. I am 68 and like quiet on such journeys. The driver must have heard this but did nothing. I heard other passengers near me complaining but nothing was done. Something needs to be done about anti-social passengers. I now live in Bulgaria and there is no such behaviour on coaches.
