the service on killiney route is poor as it has not been restored to hourly service. this causes problems when flights are delayed meaning people have to wait 2 hours until the next one. also always full on evenings due to this

Boarded the bus at Dalkey, but we had to load our own luggage with no direction from the driver. By the time we arrived at the airport our luggage had been pushed to the back. Had to drag out all the luggage, then crawl into the storage area to retrieve bags. Not on! I don't expect driver to load or retrieve luggage (but all other buses do it), but he could at least organise the loading so that it is easy to retrieve. No excuse for that.

Staff was rude on phone as was trying to sort out a foreign girls ticket also who wasn't able to speak much English. They just said we waited at the incorrect stop for the coach. The stops are poorly sign posted and has sign in correct stop pointing to get on at the other stop. The driver was more pleasant but still wasn't the best.

Driver was lovely and the bus was comfortable but none of the charging ports were working. A lovely man let me use his portable charger as I needed to book a taxi from my destination.

- The frequency of busses is insufficient - every route should operate at least hourly - The routes should initiate to operate much earlier in the day in order to accommodate for early flights - The arrival time indicated on the website is heavily underestimated. Even though the bus was not stuck in traffic, the arrival was significantly later than indicated which means that the estimate is unrealistic. - The drivers don't always announce the next stop. The driver in this trip shouted names of the upcoming stop, but one could not really hear it clearly at the back of the bus. This is certainly not a driver's issue (his priority is to drive us safely), but rather an issue of poor infrastructure. The stop announcements should be automatic via the speaker. - I have no clue what delivery are you talking about in this questionnaire below. This was a shuttle bus and not a courier service.

There was an unpleasant toilet smell on the coach and some terrible ‘ticky tacky’ ‘music’ that gave me a headache. The bus was on time but it was a very unpleasant experience

Hi, I was travelling recently with Aircoach and as Always the aircon was on full cold, we were freezing inside, got sick with a sore throat and headache next day, this is happening every time I travel. Not happy at all, can you please sort that problem as we don't need the aircon full on, could it be set at 19 ° not at 10° please otherwise will have to travel with a different company. The bus was also old the seats weren't comfortable, non of the chargers worked so no phone to charge. Very disappointed.

I can't register in the app, it doesn't allow me to find my passcode, it's hard to choose the bus number I need...it throws me different ones... star 1. *

I want to travel directly to and from Dublin Airport from Cork not to Dublin City centre. We were 30 mins late on the journey from Dublin Airport to Cork. The bus was 15 mins late departing Dublin Airport even though it arrived 5 mins before the departure time and was loaded and ready to go on time. It then stopped on the Quay in Dublin and only departed after 10 30pm which meant that the bus was 30 mins late arriving into Cork 4 hours fir this journey is not acceptable. The driver had a very bad attitude and was not helpful to the passengers. Altogether very unsatisfactory.

No issues with coach to the airport. However I waited for over 45 minutes for a Leopardstown-bound coach on my return on evening of 29th and eventually gave up and took the first available which was the Killiney., from which my daughter eventually collected me

The last time I went to travel on a coach, the bus driver told the passengers on arrival that the bus was full and he would only take ticketed passengers, I had not booked but did have a return ticket that was only 2 months old, I had kept in my wallet, but the paper quality was so pure it would not scan, he could read the dates on it but would not allow me on, the next bus was not for another hour as a result I had to get a taxi. Since Covid there has bee. A huge reduction the the service provided by Aircoach, the frequency is much less, and on the previous occasion the bus broke down on route to the airport on the motorway. Not impressed with your service at all!

Once the bus arrived passengers had to put their luggage in the compartment under the bus needing to move other luggage to accommodate. No help from bus attendant. After 2 stops at the airport terminals had to switch to another bus reloading our luggage once again . The ride to Belfast was fine but I would use another bus line .

Travelled Wednesday August 3rd at 23.05 due to arrive in Dublin Airport at 3.35 and it was 4.00 before we arrived. Had a stop at Belfast International Airport for about 20 minutes then into Belfast City Centre where we had to change buses and wait around another 30 minutes only to then land in Dublin Airport 25 minutes late. The length of time spent stopped was too long and change of bus was also inconvenient. I travelled home again from Dublin Airport on Monday August 7th and booked the Goldliner bus to the europa bus station in Belfast where I then waited 20 minutes to board another goldliner bus to derry. Total travel time was 3 hours 25 minutes excluding the 20 mins stop and cost was 28 pounds for me and my daughter compared to 40 euro and a travel time of nearly 5 hours with your service. I book your service for my aunt all the time as she visits frequently and will continue to do so but just to give you the feedback of my experience when I travelled.

The reason I give for the low rating is due to the chaos at Dublin airport. It is hard to find the correct stop and there never seems to be anyone around to ask. Apart from that, it's a great service to Belfast and I have no other complaints! Thanks

Derry to Dublin trip takes too long. Half an hour is spent at each stop at Belfast.

I was booked onto the 4pm bus from Cork to Dublin on Thursday 31st September, arriving to the stop 20 minutes before 4 as instructed. However despite a large queue of waiting passengers, no bus arrived as the time approached and then went past 4pm. Shortly after 4 an Aircoach pulled up full of passengers who had travelled from Dublin, but this was not our bus, with the driver expressing surprise that the bus to Dublin had not appeared yet. He rang the office and promised that a bus was 'around the corner' before driving off himself. We waited some more. Eventually a bus arrived at 4.15pm, but the time taken for loading and checking tickets meant that the bus did not depart until almost 4.30pm. At no point was any explanation given for the delay, or was an apology made. I understand delays happen, but this was at the beginning of what is described as an express route, and we arrived late into Dublin as a result. I would not be inclined to take the Aircoach to Dublin again given this experience.
