“My journey on 20th December from Dublin airport to Belfast couldn't have been better. Our driver was "Jo", an English lady. She is a great driver and my travelling companion and I really enjoyed her. She explained everything about the journey as we left the airport. And her good nature and humour was a delight after our four hour flight.”

“Driver was late. As a result was rushing and quite rude to his passengers. Drove past the Donnybrook stop without stopping for poor unfortunate customers even though we weren’t full.”

“Nearly half an hour too late. Not possible to track live arrival time anymore to be able to make a decision on a possible alternative mode of transport. Very rude customer service.”

“Very cold on 9.00 am bus from Cork to Dublin, the majority of passengers travelled wearing hats and coats. Aircoach staff on board said " heating was on, just takes time to work." On the return journey, the heater was so hot , I had to move my legs away from it. The driver eventually turned it off. I was able to move my legs away as this coach was have capacity. Also noted that a woman travelling with a baby was asked to move to the back of the coach " health and safety, baby can't travel near the front " better to tell this on boarding.”

We understand it can be very cold on the buses in cold weather, so we are sorry if the heating took awhile to work. We are glad that the driver was able to turn it off on your return journey so you could move your legs away from the heat. We always strive to ensure the safety of our passengers and that of their babies, and that is why we ask them to move to the back of the coach for safety reasons. Again, thank you for your review and for choosing Aircoach.

“Our ticket said pickup at Terminal 2, we waited over an hour, eventually through discussion we realised we should be at Terminal 1. We had to run to Terminal 1 and barely made it, very stressful, very frustrating”
