Great to have toilet facilities on bus. Also great that the driver comes down the bus to tell people where we are so nobody misses their stop !!!

The bus going was freezing caused me and my partner to get sick and spend first few day in bed of our holiday

We went from Dublin to Cork snd back. Had wifi. Journey is long but comfortable. Drivers were excellent and very helpful.

The coach was late but couldnt be helped with the Christmas traffic! Mark (i think was the drivers name) made the journey great with his hunour and got everyone there safe and sound. He would put the Grinch in good form. Thanks Mark! (3:40 bus on 22.12.23)

I would prefer if the bus went every hour on the hour like the airporter did! And go to the Belfast city airport also! The Aircoach should be free to pensioners from the North using this service! Not overly impressed with Aircoach

I travelled with air coach in 2023. The service was good. But this request for feedback addressed me as Kathleen Hanley which is not my name so something wrong here.

We have investigated the issue and there has been a data misalignment on a spreadsheet, which led to a review invite email being sent to you yesterday in which the incorrect name was used. Very good. The driver works diligently and responsibly, with a friendly attitude. It was just 20 minutes late. At that time, the sky was clear and clear. What would happen if it rained heavily?

There were problems with the service, I took a bus from cork to Dublin City Centre and for some reason the bus took 3hrs to get there and not 4 hrs just as it's marked in the QR doc., what happened? The bus driver stopped wherever he wanted, there's not one unique stop in Dublin city, I just got confused, so I waited 'til he stopped definitely in the last stop (airport), so I bought another ticket to Dublin City and I missed my meeting with my friends, I couldn't charge my phone in the bus😞. Would be cool one stop just like Cork City.

I used the service from Dublin airport to Belfast on 1 December. The queues were larger than normal due to the bus strike in N Ireland. I would like to acknowledge the Aircoach support team who were very helpful to me at the departure zone. Thank you.
