“Mold on Mozzarella cheese block.
I purchased cheese 3 days ago. Wife was making pizza and noticed mold on one side of cheese block. No forsale date on it. Won't trust their products again. I will make a formal complaint with the local health department if they even care.

“First the staff at our store in HANDSWORTH ROAD, SHEFFIELD, are very nice. Second the shelves always stacked (only the odd times not full) the choices are great. And the freezer stuff is always great compared to Icland (should be called defrostland).”

“I can shop/pay and drive away with every thing I came for in 30 .inutes or less.. Absolutely love LE apple strudel bread with raisins, all their produce is freshest and best display ever. I used to shop once a month, now every week. Check out Specially selected Continental cookies two trays of @ 55 cookies each for $4 most are glazed with icing. The same price as Lorna Doone shortbread, (not sold) but twice the cookies and 24 varieties. I love vitality cereal. Better than Kellogg's special K. I love Aldi. People are all very proficient and polite”

“i went shopping at aldi today dereham road norwich.the shelfs were half empty at least six items i wanted not available. but the worst thing was still to come at the checkout came across MEL the customer service assistant no hello looked miserable as sin and piled my goods on top of each other on very small counter did not stop so i could pack. my son who was behind me unloading his shopping was told to hurry up. i know you are cheap but i would rather go else where and have some customer service. perhaps MEL NEEDS SOME TRAINING ON HOW TO BE POLITE. no goodbye. will not be using this store again”

Aldi invited me to post a review but when I left honest feedback they refused to publish it! Will never show with them again. “I’ve been shopping with you guys since the first day you opened, but today I was treated so rudely I was shocked. They told me that they were going to call the police on me if I didn’t have my mask on next time I come in. Well I forgot it at home and you guys don’t give your customers mask. All I said was I will when it’s a law that we have to wear it. The one cashier, it the whole store, said we will call the police, I said, no you won’t will not shop here. “My original cost for my 12 items was $52.70. I was shorted the 4 lbs frozen chicken breast and My supposedly free delivery final price was $67.49. And you can't call anyone AT ALL to discuss the issues. I not only won't order groceries to be delivered I won't shop with Aldi's ANYMORE.
