Got sms to collect between 12-14.00 but parcel not there. Hermes driver came and left without leaving a parcel. No.communication from Hermes no human behind telephone number as tracking number failed to proceed call. Day 3 still no communication from them. Hermes is a joke. Provide costumer with human telephone number no computer. Give people option to.colect from local depo. 72 hours for email response from you is appalling service is standard for Hermes UK. Tracking system not updated for 3 days and no parcel.

Pink Grapefruit My wife and I are long term Aldi customers and generally what they sell is very good. We regularly buy their pink grapefruit but in the past months have found them to be bruised and soft and taste well past their sell buy date. This applies to more than one of their stores. I wonder if anyone else is experiencing anything similar?

I ordered 8 bottles of spirits online, this comes with a standard £4.95 delivery charge. A lot but I thought if I'm buying 8 bottles it's not too bad. Without any options I was just notified that 6 of the bottles I'd ordered have been cancelled/out of stock? So I'm receiving 2 of the 8 bottles I ordered plus that delivery charge of £4.95 Absolutely ridiculous, I wasn't offered any other option. I couldn't even find a link to cancel or complain, If this isn't resolved I'll never be going back to Aldi.

We returned an online order which was faulty on 7th September. Still waiting on our refund!! We have made many calls, had many promises and apologies. Today we are told we need to wait another 14 days!! Disappointed and disgusted is an understatement!!!

Aldi does little if anything to make life easier for those with disabilities. The Aldi closest to me has only one motorized cart. There is no one who helps you to your car so the cart can be returned for charging. I have emailed and spoken with Aldi management and nothing has changed. Will nor be going back.

Your coleslaw was all root end and inedible. The advocado “ripe to eat was as solid as a rock and inedible. Looked forward to my dinner and spoilt by having to spit out the food that was inedible

I have been trying to return a heavy large item to Aldi. Pick up has been arrange 5 times, on each occasion the carrier XDP has failed to turn up. I am at my wits end dealing with Aldi Cust Service.

Your prices for dry goods are very good. However, your produce stinks. Strawberries with mold. Grapes shriveled. I just purchased asparagus. That night I opened the bag. The tips were mush. Your bananas are bruised because you put them in a big box and those in the bottom get crushed. I don’t buy your fruits and vegetables.

Regularly shop at the Coulsdon store. Items very competively priced and generally good value. Shoppers need to check sell by dates carefully though on perishable foodstuffs as often they are only within date for a couple of days. Very disappointed with their soft fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc. Found much of it rotten so now don't purchase this from Aldi anymore. Unlike competitors, store doesnt have an express till for people who just need to get a basket of groceries or a few items.

Thinking or ordering Aldi Wine on line - well don't! You may have paid for wine but you won't get it. You might get someone else's. And Aldi might insist you wait in for days as they repeatedly fail to come and collect. But you wont gert what you paid over £100 for. The "customer services team" are officious to the point of hysterical. And if you tell them you have a call logger that proves they did not try and call when they said, then they shout that you had better not have recorded the call (and all their gaffs) and hang up on you. The rest of the time they promise to have resubmitted your order when they haven't. In my expirience, Aldi are consistentantly a bad company. Out of date food on shelves, long queues, rude staff. zeros customer service. Hardly any cheaper that other mainstream shops now yet they think they can treat people anyway they like.

Really poor customer service. The queues are long and few tills.on. Then they put another till on and you fo too it but get told they are now closing that till because the guy has to go pack the beans away or soemthjgn. Their policy is that they don't employ till staff. So if you get served or not depends on what the staff have to do elsewhere. Don't try to even talk to the manager or argue Toru point because they will kick you out of the store.

I bought several bollard type solar lights last summer, costing circa £14-15 each. After a few months one of them failed. I returned it to the shop and was told refunds to the shop are only allowed within 60 days and I needed to contact the manufacturer. I did this in April and was told to contact Aldi customer services. I was answered in German!! As Aldi are a huge company in the UK, this was the 1st hurdle; I didn’t expect being answered by a German call centre. As requested, I emailed the company in the UK. Again as requested I photocopied the receipt, photographed the faulty product, ditto the label with product code etc. etc etc….. This in April, then again, and again, and a-g-a-i-n……… Probably about 6 times in total and still I’ve got NOWHERE!!! I really can’t believe a major company can be so completely, utterly and breathtakingly incompetent!! NEVER buy anything but food at Aldi, as anything that needs returned will leave you whistling in the wind for a response. Useless Customer Services dept. I’ve ever encountered….

Aldis must have changed potato chip supplier. The last 3 bags of salt and vinegar chips have been greasy, largest 1" ( 25mm) lots of broken chips very salty and no vinegar taste. They used to be exceptional. But no more, I guess cost wins over quality. Sad. No more chips from Aldi for me.

New store in Leyland, Lancashire. No issues with the food shop, but I'm constantly horrified by the lack of care to the plants for sale that usually surround the entrance. Surely they could rota their staff to water them once a day. All this waste gets passed on to the consumer, not to mention unnecessary non recyclable plastic pots that will go to landfill. Either stop selling them and leave it to the garden centres, or pull your finger out and get this continuing issue sorted. It happens all over supermarkets, it's really bad management.
