Ordered box of wine online 3 May it’s now 12th and nothing. Received a email saying it was despatched, checked delivery tracking just now and they say waiting to receive the order. I can’t get through to customer services because the queue is a lifetime long not a good sign. Sent them an email see if I get anywhere with that. In future I will just go to a shop not worth the hassle and stress!!

Oh! A staff review again? Aldi helpful to the disabled they may be, but not to the elderly in general. Five stars for a vegetarian pie? What about all the other stock etc? How a company be reviewed on the strength of a pie I do not know.

Awful experience buying online from Aldi. They said my order was dispatched. I waited and kept checking the tracking which told me the courier hadn't received the order. Aldi lied and said the courier had it. After eventually getting through to customer services they admitted they had no idea where my order was. They tried to send me another one but I asked for a refund. Hopefully I will actually receive it.

ordered 2nd May, 9th May now & no delivery date - just a vague email, saying item dispatched. 30 mins customer services wait twice. Customer Services lady very polite & helpful. Courier or delivery service worst experience ever for awareness. 2 days of sitting at home waiting for non existent delivery.

Went to two stores to get the log burner. All sold out by 09.15? Very disappointed. My son went to three stores in Milton Keynes, the same there.

Four stars? Because they changed a faulty item!! I should think they would too. It's their job to do so. Nothing special about it at all really. Pure cannabis smells!! That's a new one. Can I quote from another review? Hope the reviewer doesn't mind me doing so. It is what this company are all about and why they lose customers. I quote "Are they paid for each customer that passes through their till? Made me feel like I was part of a production line and not a customer" End of quote. This is the worse thing about them. No, they aren't paid to rush as many through as possible, but it is part of their remit to do so. It is rude, outrageous and totally thoughtless. Not only this but a serious problem for the less able among us. I do pop into aldi from time to time, not to buy but to see if they have changed their ways. They never have.

Cleaner at the Middleton branch smells of pure cannabis, not pleasant to have my children around. Won’t be coming back to the Middleton branch in a hurry.

Some check out staff are far too quick when scanning and taking payment, to the point of seeming rude. Yesterday, at Aldi in Coleshill, I used a basket and purchased only a few items. The assistant started scanning the next customers items before I had chance to pack mine away. This happens regularly. Are they paid for each customer that passes through their till? Made me feel like I was part of a production line and not a customer.

Once again massive queues and not enough staff on till. As usual the manager is wondering around avoiding eye contact with her unhappy customers. Happens all too often in here.

That seems very strange. Four stars for waiting a long time in queues. Never mind. "German" supermarket chain aldi has stopped selling a baby changing bag after it was accused by BabaBing, a Keighley based child and baby products firm of copying it's own design. Hmm. Nothing really surprises me with aldi. They said they always listen to feedback. Really? Well why don't they listen to it on this site?

Ordered a case of wine online for a special occasion but delivery information, via Yodel, said product was damaged and was being returned to sender. Heard nothing then checked again, whereupon it said it had been delivered, although nothing received. Had to call Aldi to discover the wine had actually been returned to them, was now out of stock so refund given. When I complained about the lack of communication regarding the order and poor customer service was limply offered an online voucher. As much use as a chocolate teapot, which is how I would sum up Aldi’s online service!

Ordered Rattan Garden set and cover on 02/04/2019, money came out of my bank same day over £223.93 email stating set had been dispatched on 10th, 4 emails 2 phone calls still no garden set and no answers from Aldi! Customer service a absolutely abysmal. Still waiting on Aldi getting back to me happy to take my money but not so happy to provide a good level of customer service. Where is my garden set?? Still waiting

Had a refund for a double scanned item? Without a receipt? Doesn't it just go to show how silly this company really is. If correct then this could be used as a precedent for us all. Bet the store manager wished he hadn't done so. Of course, if it really is correct. Cannot be a staff member this time could it as it simply would not make sense for them to do so. Even the few "would be good reviews" always seem to drop this company even further into the mire.

I'm not sure I am going to leave a review now. I am too puzzled. How can anyone give four stars for this company based on nappies? What about the staff etc etc. The store cleanliness. The checkouts. The quality of things. Oh well. Maybe another day.

I have just received the second petrol lawn mower which doesn't work. Aldi refused to refund me unless I return the item to a store. The mowers were ordered and paid for on line and there was a delivery charge paid by me. So for 2 faulty items, i have had to take 2 afternoons off work to sign for them, had to assemble and disassemble both mowers (repack them in cardboard) and now they will not refund me unless I carry them to my car, drive many miles and drop it off at a store. What a service, you must be very proud of your team, Aldi. Never again will i visit you!

Why does this store (among one other) operate such an unfair and disorganised check out system. The last straw was today when I was told by a member of the checkout workers that til number 1 was closing therefore I joined the back of next least size que only to see the same checkout re-open with a different person then for a rush of shoppers to converge (and jump the que) while maybe 6 of us looked on in disbelief. I can't afford to waist my time trying to find a way through your checkout system so I won't be going in there anymore however, if you are interested in seeing how British businesses operate why don't you look at how checkout staff do changeovers in other major stores. For your info, they change the person without closing the til, its that simple!!
