I purchased 13’ awning. The instructions are terrible. They don’t explain the step and how things are to go or set. Also, there were items I received that goes with the awning but no where on instructions was it written or explain where the items go or what to do with them. The awning is hard to get to run correctly and I sent in questions through customers but never received an answer back. I find that once your purchase a product from ALEKO than they don’t care if you build it correctly nor their to help when the awning didn’t work correctly. I would have to say after building one and weeks of figuring out how to get the awning arms to close correctly it really not worth buy one at ALEKO. They seem to care to help you and after building it and putting it up the material cones out of the grove and than you take it down and start over. Not worth the discounted price compare to Sunsetter where it all built and ready to go.

Price is the best part of Aleko awning. Instructions are very very poor. Also no customer service. My semi cassette motorized awning came with the motor on the wrong side. Of course you do not realize this until the unit is half assembled. I have emailed the company 3 times and no response yet.

I received my awning and as soon as it went up the bars broke they sent me replacements they broke too . The product was terrible and what is even worse is their customer service ! Don’t buy you won’t be happy

the package arrived looking like it had been returned before and some components had dents (eg valence arm making it hard to thread the liner cord). the metal coating is extremely brittle and flakes off at slightest impact. the torsion bar and roller are connected by smaller connector tubes and each of the joints has burrs that complicate connecting without a metal file to smooth the burrs. the instructions are at times incorrect (saying middle arm can be right or left - no it cannot as the metal connector to the awning valence bar wont reach the knuckle if installed the wrong way; the roller comes installed on the torsion bar .. no it doesnt), confusing (different pictures show different locations for roller arm), impossible to decipher( the three liner cords all have the same identifier - there is no way to know that the small liner cord goes in which end of the awning or should it go in the valence) and generally not helpful. the bolts for attaching to the wall brackets are thin, flimsy and too long. washers were missing. many of these problems only become apparent when fabrication has started making it hard to return. it took 6 hours to assemble the awning. the fabric is thin and the fabric, roller and torsion bar quality much inferior to a previous awning i had from Canadian tire that was a fraction of the price.

Great product. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. I would suggest the use of wing nuts instead of hex nuts. Making assembly totally tool free.

Outdoor and Indoor White Pine Wood Barrel Sauna - 4 Person - ETL Certified Heater; this was a GREAT purchase. I arrived on time in a big crate, the guy dropped it off @ my garage. Beware it is very heavy. It took me one day to put it together partly because I had to carry it piece by piece to upstairs bedroom. Assembly was simple and straight forward, however you will need to run wiring to a 30amp breaker, so think about that when you decide where to place it. Everything worked great. Im really enjoying this suana. you want be dissappointed.

I bought an Alexis hot tub last fall but was unable to set it up until this spring (2021) because I was having cancer treatment. The first thing that went wrong was that it would not inflate. The problem seemed to be the control panel. I messaged the company but received no reply. After a few days, I walked by the tub, pushed the bubble button and suddenly it worked (after trying about a dozen times). Filled it up, and it worked great for about a week. Now, the bubble button once again won’t work properly. Apparently, the reason is an overheated pump. This I learned from the troubleshooting info. So, to use the tub, it has to be unplugged in advance to let the pump cool. Then once you use it for 10 minutes, the pump overheats again and the bubble function won’t turn off. Again you have to unplug it. I have a dedicated electrical outlet for it so it is not an electrical issue. Very very disappointing as I bought it for arthritis and was really looking forward to the therapeutic effects. I do still use it by planning ahead and unplugging it twice each time but I’m sure since it is only been in operation for 3 weeks that the pump will burn out in short order. If I had not had to wait so long to set it up, I would definitely have returned it.
