Overall it’s ok. A bit cheap in the construction of roof panels. I don’t think they will last long. There were a couple ties & missing holes for screening to hook to the frame. The height wasn’t clear. In the middle it’s 9ft but on the sides it needs to be taller to accommodate a tall person. Barely over 6ft. I ended up raising the whole structure up 12inches.

The web site inventory is not linked to the actual warehouse inventory. When I ordered the site did not warn me of none on hand. Therefore, my order is on back order for ~ two months.

I ordered the 5x5x4 pen for my Lab who was having knee surgery and has to be at rest for 4-6 weeks. Despite shipment from Washington USA to Quebec, Canada it arrived in only 4 days, in time for his surgery. The assembly was easy, The pen is very sturdy, and the nice entrance makes it easy for both he and I to get in and out. It is big enough for him to easily change his position even with an e-cone, and large enough for me to do his physical therapy inside. It's small enough that he won't stay on his feet very much and small enough to fit in the middle of all the action in the house. The only shortcoming, is that there are no inserts for the feet to protect the floor from the feet. Cutting out squares of rubber that was around the house solved this problem. Thank you Aleko

Aleko has the worst products I have ever purchased in any category, and they pushed me around between the company and the retailer until it was too late to return the product. Then they asked me to make complicated technical fixes to the circuit board of the heater when it wouldn't work. The sauna came incomplete and with broken parts. The heater wouldn't work at all. I have now paid for FOUR electrician visits. Aleko finally replaced the heater, and now I'm getting a new error that does not seem to be resolvable. I am considering scrapping the whole thing and starting over, even though I am now more than $5k in the hole. I have never been so frustrated with a product or company. Do NOT buy their Toule heater by itself -- this is the cause of half the trouble. Finally, I had to threaten to sue them before they replaced the first heater. Stay away at all costs.

I bought a new control panel for our gate. We are having issue after issue with the controllers. I bought some new one earlier this year and only 5 of the 10 worked properly, Now with the new controller 4 won't work at all and the rest work off and on. Very upsetting after having our gate and no issues for so long.

Although I still have not received the product I ordered, Aleko was kind enough to call me and offer an upgrade to my order which should ship today or tomorrow. My original items ordered are still on backorder, but with this new offer I should be up and running much sooner. Thanks, Aleko!

They shipped the adjustable dumbbells fast and that's good. A plate fell off from one of the dumbbells which shouldn't happen. Luckily no one got hurt. Asked them about exchange but they pointed to their return and exchange policies that I need to pay for shipping a ~100lb dumbbell. Ok fair enough it's in your policies but perhaps they should care more about if the product is really defective or the customer got hurt. Won't buy from out of state again and won't take chance with paying for shipping back a heavy defective item.

Ahmad N was very helpful on an exchange for a different awning cover. The website color Ivory was too light so we were able to exchange it for the burgundy color

The color of the awning (Ivory) didn't match what was on the website so Aleko sent a different awning cover (Burgundy) free of charge. Customer service for the exchange was great

The sauna works great after some engineering and a lot of time on my part. The shipping was a week late (long story but not due to covid). Lost a days work waiting for delivery that didn’t come. The sauna was missing instructions and when the proper instructions were sent they were very poorly made. It doesn’t tell you where screws and bolts go so you’re left to fend for yourself. It’s extra difficult when the thing is missing hardware!!! Customer service is very responsive but offered nothing substantial for the loss of time, late delivery, missing hardware, and poor instructions. I was in contact with them three times. They sent me the terrible manufacturers instructions and nothing else. Other than that, it was delivered in a very secured container so that’s a plus. Anyway, now that the sauna is finally up and running, it’s great. The process to make it happen, not so much. Good luck! Images show where hardware is supposed to secure the glass panels.... nothing there (no holes) and no hardware.
