“The sauna works great after some engineering and a lot of time on my part. The shipping was a week late (long story but not due to covid). Lost a days work waiting for delivery that didn’t come. The sauna was missing instructions and when the proper instructions were sent they were very poorly made. It doesn’t tell you where screws and bolts go so you’re left to fend for yourself. It’s extra difficult when the thing is missing hardware!!! Customer service is very responsive but offered nothing substantial for the loss of time, late delivery, missing hardware, and poor instructions. I was in contact with them three times. They sent me the terrible manufacturers instructions and nothing else. Other than that, it was delivered in a very secured container so that’s a plus. Anyway, now that the sauna is finally up and running, it’s great. The process to make it happen, not so much. Good luck! Images show where hardware is supposed to secure the glass panels.... nothing there (no holes) and no hardware.”

“Ordered direct due to shipping times. Spent an extra $49.08 to receive the product in 3-5 days from shipping - first tracking shows 7 days out in addition to being shipped FedEX who always delays another day or two. Contacted Aleko to explain i could have purchased from another retailer at the lower cost but went with them to get the item sooner. Since i would not be receiving it within the advertised time frame I asked for a rebate for the difference. Alex, customer service manager, was not willing to make any concessions. Don't bother paying extra to get it early to complete your project because it won't happen and you are out the money. As someone who handles procurement for a major company i should not have been so trusting. However you can be assured I will be sharing the information about this company with all of my work suppliers to make sure we never do business with Aleko again.”

“You said my opinion matters but evidently it does not I cannot find out how to deflate the spa and can get no answers from aleko or anywhere else so I don't appreciate that”

“Nice awning , however extremely difficult to install. All hardware had to be upgraded! Took my contractor two days to put up. Will see how it performs in summer weather.”

“I bought a barrel sauna on a Tuesday and it was delivered in 2 days. During Covid and right before Christmas, even! It's still not assembled, but the crazy fast delivery caught me off guard, I wasn't ready for it.”

“I requested a awning cover that would fix my Advancing awning and supplied exact pt#. Alelo gave me there PT# to order and said it will fit. I ordered, I waited It finally arrived and when I hd time to try it, it simply will not fit my unit 8" to short and will not even fit around unit. Unhappy”
