“Aleko’s customer service is fantastic! I purchased a dumbbell that happened to be defective (which I don’t think is common) and they sent me a new one right away! They responded to me in less than 24 hours. I will absolutely order from Aleko again!”

“Almost perfect! Service, price and delivery was excellent. Surprise by the good condition of the packaging of my black 10 x 8 awning received by air. Nice and good looking product. Now, may be a third holder would be needed as a personal tought. The instruction could be a little more clear for some peoples who have less skills. The biggest problem was that the thin fabric liner was too thin that it comes out of the gauge on the roller. Had to insert a clothesline that is a little bigger than the thin one provided. That is a problem!”

“This review is for both products and shipping. My ALEKO 4100 gate opener is about 36 months old and the motor and capacitor burned up. Ordered a new one and paid for FEDEX 2 day shipping on March 23. It is now March 27 and it hasn't arrived and their is no FEDEX delivery estimate. It was shipped from Washington state to 6 hours past my location to a distributing site and hasn't made its way back west here yet. How stupid. And, what a rip off. This is the second time I have paid ALEKO for priority shipping and didn't get it. In 3 1/2 years I have replaced the computer board twice and the magnets, capacitor and motor. I just bought another property and am installing another wrought iron gate. I will not use ALEKO products for it.”

“I remain totally flabbergasted with Aleko concerning everything from quality merchandise to customer service. Their Inflatable Hot Tubs are of premium quality! The employees are very professional and take time to listen to any issues or concerns. I emphasize that Canadians can feel confident to purchase from Aleko. They literally will bend over backwards to make certain you will be a happy and most likely returning customer. “The big dog enclosure of 10 x10 X4 feet came in the prescribed time from order date. The materials are according to specification and description. I just hope Aleko will come up with 5 feet enclosure too.”

“Overall it’s ok. A bit cheap in the construction of roof panels. I don’t think they will last long. There were a couple ties & missing holes for screening to hook to the frame. The height wasn’t clear. In the middle it’s 9ft but on the sides it needs to be taller to accommodate a tall person. Barely over 6ft. I ended up raising the whole structure up 12inches.”

“The web site inventory is not linked to the actual warehouse inventory. When I ordered the site did not warn me of none on hand. Therefore, my order is on back order for ~ two months.”

“I ordered the 5x5x4 pen for my Lab who was having knee surgery and has to be at rest for 4-6 weeks. Despite shipment from Washington USA to Quebec, Canada it arrived in only 4 days, in time for his surgery. The assembly was easy, The pen is very sturdy, and the nice entrance makes it easy for both he and I to get in and out. It is big enough for him to easily change his position even with an e-cone, and large enough for me to do his physical therapy inside. It's small enough that he won't stay on his feet very much and small enough to fit in the middle of all the action in the house. The only shortcoming, is that there are no inserts for the feet to protect the floor from the feet. Cutting out squares of rubber that was around the house solved this problem. Thank you Aleko”

“Aleko has the worst products I have ever purchased in any category, and they pushed me around between the company and the retailer until it was too late to return the product. Then they asked me to make complicated technical fixes to the circuit board of the heater when it wouldn't work. The sauna came incomplete and with broken parts. The heater wouldn't work at all. I have now paid for FOUR electrician visits. Aleko finally replaced the heater, and now I'm getting a new error that does not seem to be resolvable. I am considering scrapping the whole thing and starting over, even though I am now more than $5k in the hole. I have never been so frustrated with a product or company. Do NOT buy their Toule heater by itself -- this is the cause of half the trouble. Finally, I had to threaten to sue them before they replaced the first heater. Stay away at all costs.”

“I bought a new control panel for our gate. We are having issue after issue with the controllers. I bought some new one earlier this year and only 5 of the 10 worked properly, Now with the new controller 4 won't work at all and the rest work off and on. Very upsetting after having our gate and no issues for so long.”
