“I was told by one of your agents that the roller purchased would fit 20x10 frame? Wrong! I explained I had 20x10 frame! On line ii does not say which roller will work! Disappointed! To much trouble to return!!! Still looking for correct roller!”

“I was told that the new one would fit exactly like the old one, far from it. The mother board came with the attachment points broken off. The instructions are terrible. I can’t get the remote to activate the motor. Very dissatisfied.”

He assisted me in getting a solar-operated entry gate automatic opener. He is knowledgeable and ensures I get what I need, not oversell. He is very patient to answer my questions. “ALEKO has great customer service, I had gotten a 6 person tub, it is very spacious, and very easy to set up! We had some issues with our heater however talking with customer service (Rudy S) through email they helped resolve the issue very fast and were very pleasing to speak with. Delivery was fairly fast as well! Overall great company”

“Viktor at customer service was a great help. My kennel came damaged during shipment. I called them right away. They asked me to email pictures of my problems as I did the same day I received it. By the next day we had resolved the problem with terrific fast customer service. I currently own 6 - 5x5x4 8panel kennels due to the awesome price of these. They can be all connected together in any pattern. There are no holes in my backyard and can be removed easily when not in use. I am a woman in my 50s and had put them together on my own from start to finish. The height is perfect as my dog cannot get over the top. They are very well-made and I would buy again in the future. “Baught a four person inflatable hot tub 10 months ago and the water pump stopped working. Contacted customer service and they told me there are no parts to fix the problem and they would give me a discount on buying another one. I have not even paid this one off yet and it broke. I followed all the rules on maintaining it and it still broke. I would never purchase from this company. Poor quality parts.”
