The customer service was good, the product was horrible. I ordered 5' by 50' chain link fence, which took me approximately 30 minutes to unravel. It appeared to had been pieced together and unusable condition. It cost me $93.00 to return the 3 rolls.

Costume had a hole in it and leg was sewn on wrong. Guess that’s what I get for $12.

1. I returned the gate order that I purchased directly though Alekoproducts.com and was told I would be charged the shipping fee, which I agreed to, and would be refunded the total of the gate minus the shipping fee. Completely fair. However I was credited the shipping fee. Complete opposite of what should have happened. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. To get this rectified. 2. Gate post that comes with the gate is set in concrete, but is not thick enough to prevent deflection in the post when hanging the gate on the post. The post is plumb/level and square and set in 10 bags of concrete. The actual steel is deflecting half way up the post. The post is set 3 feet into the ground. The gate is the 16 foot prague gate. I bought it though homedepot for 700 cheaper than directly through alekoproducts.com which is the gate I am returning to save my client money. I own a welding company, and thought it would be faster to use your 4x4 post since it is already powered coated and has the riveted top on it. But due to it not being at least 1/4" wall thickness or heavier, I had to reinforce it with additional steel plate. That is being cheap on your side. The gate design looks nice, but heavier wall posts are needed to perform this job adequately. Over building is under rated. The deflection is only on the hinge post, due to the weight of the gate. Please consider charging more for proper posts that can do the job adequately, so additional time isn't needed to fix weak posts.

Horrible customer service! Received an item with a note on it that it was defective. They would not take it back until I actually paid my electrician to verify that it was indeed defective which it was . For the 80 buck we threw it out and will not buy another item from aleko. Buyer beware

For $65 the least you could have done is included the front valance/zip up door with the order. The sides are useless without a front. This car canopy is the most cheaply made car canopy on the market. It doesn't even last a year before it dries out and shreds to pieces. And this is in a mild southern California climate. Step up up Aleko and make a half way decent product. At least the frame is acceptable.

We ordered a 13x8 ft awning fiber the box was labeled 13x8 ft. We opened the box the awning fiber was 12 ft 2in. We called Aleko and the person who we talked to was absolutely no help whatsoever so we are stuck putting up a awning that is 10 inches too short. Do not buy, multiple issues with this product! I had it up for less than 24 hours and due to weather it already is falling apart! Three panels came off in the wind!!!!!!! The cheap plastic piece for the curtains that they recommended I buy do not hold, on the picture it shows hooks which these are definitely not, I am missing four pieces but we’re able to buy them from a local store but that isn’t the point! The product also has scratches all over from shipping. This product was put together why three people; myself, my FIL and my Dad, we followed all directions, it says that it can with stand wind up to 45 mph our wind was only 25 mph today and look..... what happened! I am honestly so disappointed! Such a crappy product to receive as my 30th birthday gift! Customer service is no help, they tell you to email and create a case and never call back!

Interminable hold for Customer attention which turned out to incompetent and disinterested, BUT the main problem was the infernal website where placing an order took many attempts, and was totally exasperating No interest in ever resuming business with you, and by the way, I thought I had opted out of any more emails from you.

The item I ordered was never shipped. I waited weeks, no updates unless I contacted your company first and asked. I was told the item would be shipped the next day, then another week or two would go by and it still wasn’t shipped. I finally had to cancel the order. Your company needs to be honest with ship dates, and do not offer an item for sale unless you actually have it in stock.

This company is absolutely horrible at communication and customer service. Impossible to get thru to. Yesterday I asked about the products to replace the ones that are now failing and I specifically asked if they were in stock. They flat out lied to me. They said it would be here in 3 to 5 days. Today they email me, not call and say its back ordered. I emailed back and asked them to call me so I would be on terminal hold. Instead I get yet another ticket email.Absolutely horrible company on every level

Worst customer service I ever received in my entire life. This company commits fraud and theft and is wrongfully stealing my money. I will warn everyone - never do business with Aleko - it is a criminal organization and fraudulent company. Would give zero stars if I could. The worst experience I've ever had in my life with a purchase. I am going to be filing a class action lawsuit against Aleko. This is theft, Aleko is stealing my money and I will let everyone know

I ordered a privacy fence cover in June and never received it after many months. I called multiple times and was disconnected by the automated system. I called for a refund finally in Sept and was told it would be refunded within 14 business days but I am calling in again in October because I still haven't received a refund. I was transferred to a supervisor and call was disconnected. Worst place ever.

This is the worst company ever to return a product. I returned an unopened window awning in 9/2 which they received back on 9/4 waited allowing them time to do refund and it still has not happen today 10/5. First call they said they didn’t have it. Gave them the tracking information and then they said it was purchased thru Wayfair and gave me a number to call but it wasn’t so called them back and they were going to issue a refund and supposedly I spoke with a manager and he did it himself right then a week and 1/2 later still no refund called was told it was never processed and that no one I had spoken to was a manager and Tashina could not find a manager for me to complain to. she stated it will be issued within 3 to 5 days. Really. It was paid with PayPal and they do not take that long to process if Aleko would do their job.
