Customer service is really not their strength. they don't want to apply a discount on an order and the refund takes more than 30 days.

I ordered an 8 x 10 awning fabric kit. It's 4 inches too wide and the spline cord are too large to fit in one of your 2012 awnings. I called on Friday 9/25/2020. The person that answered said they would call me back but here it is Tuesday the 29th. Not one call back or email like I was promised. This is not customer service at all.

Hello Mike, As per our email conversation, our awnings have been constantly updated hence you've had the awning for over 8 years we no longer offer the same size awning fabric you need however we can still help you resolve this issue. Firs order I made a month ago was sent incorrectly, extra parts that I didn't order, missing part that I requested. Second order still not processed, spent an hour on the phone to verify my address, still not resolved, I don't understand why it takes 3 different 3 phone operators to verify my address.

Bought from Home Depot, all parts are mixed up and missing some oh them are damaged,have to return to Home Depot. Got 4 post instead of 3 but V track rail is missing, 2 Side Roller with Bracket for Sliding Rolling Gate - 12-Inch missing, hardware damaged, no set up tools included, bought a Steel Sliding Driveway Gate but received parts for Dual Swing and Dual Swing with chip and crack paint and damaged hinge J-bolts. Instead of order expensive parts and wait for delivery that might take a month I have to return to store for my own expenses and forget for the money paid for deliver to my house. Unfortunately bad experience!

I ordered an awning and told them I did not want the electric kind, I wanted the kind you pulled down yourself and they sent the electric one. I had to order another one before I got my refund on the first one that was $1200.00 out of my account at once. It took several people to understand what I wanted then received the wrong one. I needed it for an up coming holiday weekend to camp and didn't get it by then. Now it is into chilly weather and not needing it until next year. Then they told me part of it was out of stock and it would take longer and it showed up sooner than they said . So I could not trust anything I was being told.

I e-mailed your 'customer service' to complain about the awning I purchased asking about a refund but never received a response! The following are some of my comments: the awning assembly seemed to be a used, re-packaged product. I also found -dented valence arm -slightly bent main support bar (so I could not fit the bolt of one of the wall brackets) - two large nuts are slightly rusted. -several scratches on paint Very disappointed; will not purchase Aleko products again.

Zero Stars! Broken net. Broken frame. No replacements sent. They want me to pay for shipping and return items for a refund. Order was placed in AprIl. First item (net) received in August and broken frame in September.

Product faded in the first month. Also the measurement width is 1 foot shorter than the label specifies.

We ordered a green awning. They sent a blue one. We called to get the exchange, but they did not have any green ones. They wanted us to pay for return shipping. We contested that and they did send us a return label. We sent back blue awning immediately. Still waiting for our refund 3 weeks later. Had to dispute it with our credit card company, and it still isn't resolved. Customer service is very bad.

I would like to give 5 stars but my experience is tiresome & ongoing! My sliding gate order was made July 7 2020. So far I’m still trying to get everything. Just received 3 6’ v- tracks. I need 2x18’. 3x6’ is only 1x18’. I guess when it rolls open it’s supposed to roll on my grass! They did change the web site because when I first ordered It showed (4) 18’ now it shows (2) 18’, I also was missing my (2) 12” guide rollers! My next order was for the opener. It was supposed to have 2 remotes & I ordered 1 extra. I received the extra but not the 2! I know it’s 2020 and we have a pandemic and this is a Washington company with shipments via China and Tariff Trump is POTUS but I’d like to get this all done by election so I don’t have to get out of my car during BLM riots oh I’m sorry protests!

I bought this in March, and it lasted 4 months. Bubble jet and heater button do not work now. HORRIBLE customer service. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they accidently hang up. I gave it one star because I could not give it minus. garbage.... paid alot of money for something that is useless. PLEASE DO NoT BUY.... it will not last and you can NEVER get ahld of anyone... There are much better spas out there and customer service is better than Aleko.

First I asked for install instructions. They sent me the wrong ones that had a longer rail. I moved my sidelight due to this and it did not need to be moved so now i have a hole in the side of the rig. The "correct" instructions came in Chinenglish and also had the incorrect dimensions. Fortunately I was smart enough to put together the pieces on the ground and adjust the rails as necessary. It was about 1/2" off on the overall Center to center. When i did get installed, the motor does not work. I have been going back and forth with customer service for 3 weeks with no resolution. I currently have a working manual shade but it is a workout. The customer service has been absolutely terrible. I understand having some delayed response with the current situation but come on!

Ordered a 3000 dollar driveway gate relieved it damaged and missing half the order and the customer service refuses to refund my money fix the damages or give me my missing parts been communicating with them for atleast a month and have gotten literally no where

Bought a product, have tried to contact them at least a dozen times. Once you buy they will fall off the face of the earth. No way to contact. Tried email, no answer. Tried leaving messages, never a return call. Buyer beware.

Order date: 08/09/2020 Order#: 8514 Ordered one DIY Steel Dual Swing Driveway Gate Kit - ATHENS Style - 13 x 5 Feet with Pedestrian Gate - 3 x 5 Feet As of 08/24/2020 = 15 days after, the order still has not been shipped (ALEKO promises 24 to 48 hours shipping in its website) ALEKO doesn't have any person attending the Call Centre, and sending an email to them as the Voice Menu suggests is useless. This company should be shutdown...

Box came in destroyed and taped shut. Weeks of trying get replacement parts and still nothing. Finally get someone on the phone and now they want an exact parts list missing. That should have been figured out weeks ago
