I brought a retractable Awning from this company. I was really outraged about the poor customer service that I received. So If I buy a product as a customer from you I shouldn't have to contact you about parts of the product that I didn't receive three times. When the product was sent out I should have received everything that comes with it to install it properly the first time. You should know your product and what goes with it. The customer should not have to go through this. If you are going to sell your product on any platform site you should know what goes with the product so that the customer can properly install it. I will never buy from this company again, it was the worst online experience I have ever had.  Sincerely, G.B.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not buy from this company!!! They are thieves at worst and practice false business practices at best. Look at all the poor reviews. See my review below. Have I received the replacement blind? NO. Have I received my refund, despite the fact that I KNOW they received the return. I have the FedEx confirmation to prove it. I have contacted this company THIRTY TIMES to try to resolve this. The COVID excuse is BS. First rule of business is don’t sell what you can’t service. My next step is a complaint with the BBB and to reach out to the plethora of unhappy customers to explore a class action lawsuit. This company needs to be exposed for what it is. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I placed an order for an item in stock. I have waited months for Aleko to ship it. After pushing customer service for a reply many times, I have been rplied that it is shipped. Only to find that it is not. Asked for shipping details, with no answer.

Zero response on the phone or via email. I keep calling and emailing - nothing. Bought 2 of the same item - Roll out awning fabric. They sent only one and it is the wrong colour. Wish I saw these reviews before I bought. Worst (non-existent) customer service ever.

Bought this in March 2020 and bubble jet and heater button do not work. Both buttons are totally worn down. I did all the troubl shooting and then some and spa does not work. Alot of money for something that didn't last. Emailed them over 4 times, no response and been on hold for over 45 min and so conveniently got cut off. garbage do not buy ... Never responded back to me yet. Contacted thru phone and email. I only gave it one star because could not give 0 stars.

Terrible customer service. No way to contact anyone. They won't answer the phone at all, so you can't speak to anyone. Installation instructions are very poor and amigious. Can't get my brand new awning motor to work properly, and can't get any information on how to adjust limit settings. Instructions aren't clear and don't help. Motor may be broken, but I can't get in touch with anyone to try to troubleshoot, fix, or return. Awning also arrived with dents in one of the arms.

Purchased a hot tub. Sent me the wrong color. But I choose to keep it. Used hot tub maybe 6 times in under 3 weeks and the heater has stopped working. 3 weeks. Still waiting to hear back from my call and email. That was a lot of money for only 3 weeks of use. Says heater is running but temperature has been steadily dripping for days. Very very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst customer service , I've been trying for weeks to get an update on my order. They do not answer the phone, emails or are online. I have to believe with the pandemic they are closing their doors.

Apparently the only way to get a response from this company is to write a bad review. So here’s mine. My wife bought me 2 rolling gate operators for my birthday. I installed them, Turned them on, and realized they won’t operate correctly. The instructions are horrible and all i need is tech support to help me get them going. But nobody answers emails or phone calls. So I guess I have a $ 700 paperweight.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a motorized awning and it took 2 months for it to be delivered. It was finally delivered and a week later another frame and motor were delivered. When we tried to call the company, you aren't allowed to talk to anyone. You have to do all the correspondence through email. I emailed them and they sent labels to send them back. Never even offered an apology for the mix up, it was just....here are the labels to sent it back. Never even said, thanks so much for letting us know and not keeping it. We will never buy from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a large order of blinds. Three of them need to be exchanged. I have contacted them numerous times over the last THREE WEEKS and have yet to receive any help. Their customer service is atrocious!!!!

Good day, Shannon. After researching your compliant, I found that one of the blinds contained a manufacturer defect. We sent a RMA for that and have already ordered a replacement. The other two blinds you wanted to exchange because you ordered the wrong size. We simply explained that you are responsible for shipping for those two. Once we receive them, we will gladly refund you. In the meantime, feel free to order the correct size while they are still in stock. I do apologize that you had to attempt to contact us more than once. We are a small, privately-owned company who was hit hard by COVID-19. We are trying hard to increase the size of our customer service department while remaining compliant with state regulations around social distancing in the workplace. We bought a motorized awning. Took 8 hours to put up and we are good at stuff like this. Then it hung 32 inches instead of 24 max. Then when we went to open it a bolt came flying out. We decided to return it. Worst customer service ever. Sent 3 emails , no response. Called 5 or 6 time. Finally got through and was told I had to pay shipping to send back then never sent the return sticker. I don’t think they had any intention of taking it back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! This is so Unfortunate we were so excited before it got here

Hello, I researched your complaint and found our communication. I'm sorry your found the awning difficult to install. As stated in our shipping/return policy, you are responsible for return shipping when you simply change your mind. I am sorry you feel this is unfair. Our products are priced very low in comparison to other vendors and we offer free shipping. We do ask that our customers share in the financial responsibility for returns when situations like this arise. I do understand it has been difficult to contact us. We are doing our best to keep employees safe with social distancing. Because we are a small, privately-owned company, our office is also small. Please accept my apologies. If you would still like to return the item, let me know and we'll work something out.
Terrible customer service!!!! Purchased a $4K door. Once installed for 6 openings, the weld book at the hinge on the frame. Asked for a replacement as well as the expense to REINSTALL the door as it is 10 feet in the air and lift is needed. Konon at Aleko suggested an amount for reinstallation. This amount was a bit less than what was qouted. I asked for the extra amount to make us whole. He then backed out of that statement and now will not pay for any of the reinstallation. I was on the phone with his supervisor. She is stating Home Depot has my money they don't, Aleko can not give me money for the reinstallation. When I stated that made no SENSE as Home Depot paid them for the door. She verbally walked around that statement. I then asked to talk to her supervisor. Her supervisor refused to talk to me and had this person reiterate there is nothing more they can do. When I asked to talk to another individual in charge she stated that there is nothing more they can do for me and hung up call. This is a business that NO ONE should support. They do not stand behind the quality issues their product causes!!!!!

Worst Customer service. I was put on hold so many times and never got an answer. The 3 times they answer my calls they were not able to solve my issue. I ordered a 20x10 awning in May 23. The website had it in stock but a couple of weeks later I got an email saying that they were out of stock and that I would get my product around Mid-End of June. Today, July 21, I still haven't gotten my order. Today I actually got to talk to one of their representatives when I called at 7am and they told me it would not be in stock until august 14 at least. When I tried telling her I just want it to cancel my order, she just hang up on me. I got charged on May 23 but I have not gotten my order yet. Once again, I order the 20x10 awning when their website had it "in stock".

We experienced several set backs with our suppliers who were unable to staff their warehouses due to COVID-19. I see by looking at your order, you were given a 15% discount for the inconvenience. The good news is that your order has shipped! We received our container yesterday and were able to fulfill over 500 other orders for awnings. I was unable to find any calls in our system from the phone number on your order, meaning I was unable to verify the call in which was disconnected. We take customer service very seriously and would not allow that to continue if we were aware. Thank you again for the opportunity to serve you.
Worst customer service, ordered 3 awnings supposed to be the same color and style. Got 3 different awnings. Called customer service several times, on hold for hours, would get to #2 in the que and then would be forced to leave a message. NO call backs, no response to emails.

We ordered a (drive way ) gate mid June and agreed to a “two week” back order. Mid July came and went and no notice, no update, no emails, no messages, no texts- nothing! Frustration does not even begin to describe the situation. We have spent Over a $ 1000+ on supporting columns and lights in anticipation of a secure gate... no such luck... no such gate! Perhaps it is not surprising that Aleko had no problem or delay in accepting payment in full, blatantly ignoring our countless messages and emails begging for any information. DO NOT order from this company unless you have no expectation of reasonable service!

Ordered an outdoor 8 person barrel sauna online May 19. Got an email it was back ordered May 27 and there was a 3 month wait. I immediately replied to cancel order as that was an option provided. No reply. They don’t answer phones nor return calls. File a dispute with bank and they dragged it on providing FAKE tracking id’s. But wait, didn’t you say it was out of stock - now magically you ‘shipped’ it. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Fake scam company that doesn’t operate legally, lawsuit waiting to happen, I may be the first to start a class action. Stay away!!!!! Fraud Company!!!!!!!!

I ordered a rv awning for my camper. It took 7 days to get it ( shipped from Washington state to New York State) understandable!!! When I rec’v it it was the wrong item. Took three days and four different people in customer service to get a return shipping label!! Meantime, they shipped a replacement— 7 days latter I rec’v ANOTHER wrong item !!! And the second of two packages in the shipment——. I never did rec’v it . No idea what happened to it !!! Nor do they !! Second wrong shipment went back—- I ll take a full refund and do my business elsewhere !!!

Well they shipped me a new front bar because the original one got damaged in shipping. The replacement front bar was damaged worse than the original one. Told me it would be 3 business days for this replacement - took a week. Sent picture of the new damage front bar - now waiting for a reply. Seems like they really don't have much of a customer service department.

Hello. Thank you for sharing your photos. I wish I was responsible for FedEx and had control over the way they handle our packages. I also wish shipping delays weren't a part of our everyday life due to COVID-19. What I can do, and what I will continue to do is stand behind our products and offer you another replacement. I saw several email conversations between you and my customer service team. Simply reply to one of those if you decide you'd like to try again. It may take as much as 3-5 days for us to get to the email but we will make this right.
Ordered an awning on June 26th 2020. Said it would take 3 to 5 days. Well it,s now July 17th 2020.and have received nothing! They sent an email on July 7th saying they had trouble processing payment. They actually took more than the price said when we ordered. Gave a number to call them. Waste of time can not get to talk to anyone. Emailed them they replied automated saying some one would reach out to us. Nothing! Now July 16th someone left us a message to call them back. Did this to no luck. No it says customer centre closed till August. Stay away from this company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stop using Covid as an excuse.
