“Alan worked with me to determine which product would best meet my needs. After deciding on the 16x10 retractable awning, I was very pleased with the delivery time. When I first opened up my package I was overwhelmed by the complexity of the assembly and installation on the awning. Alan and the rest of the support team walked me through with referrals to the YouTube site for videos and prompt email responses to my specific questions. It took my stepson and me 5.5 hours start to finish with a few "do-overs" when we encountered a challenge. I am very pleased with the outstanding customer service and support I received. And the suggested solution from Alan was on sale 30% off! Big win for me! This team is the best! Randy Fortson, Portland, Oregon”

“The product is fine, packaging and delivery were fine too. There are a couple issues with the instruction booklet. The drawing of component "P" on page 2 is so small it looks like it might be a dowel pin. Make the image of component "P" larger so to make it easier to identify in the bagged group of components. The factory set pitch was not the same on each arm. Had to adjust the pitch on one arm to make sure the extended awning is level. The instructions on the drawing (page 12) of the adjustment bracket are incomplete. There are two more bolts to loosen and tighten.”

“Ordered a product advertised from their salesperson and paid in cash on June 30, 2022. Promised in 3 weeks. Called 4 weeks later they said 3 more weeks. Called August 30, 2022 they said next spring! DO NOT DEPEND ON ALEKO FOR ANYTHING , THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY ALTERNATIVES TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM! I did get my money back . Sorry customer service!”

“I got the awning but the right arm was broken , i called and emailed the problem , i got a total run around and no clear answer as to what i can do. after two months of run arounds and no help from aleko i just ordered a new arm it came i put together the awning i was not impressed with it . took it down and sold it at a yard sale. I then purchased a sun setter awning it works great your company is totally useless .”

“I bought almost a year ago a 6kwh steam generator. I was impressed by how neat and professional it was built.The installation was easy and pretty straight forward. (although a electrician should do it since they know which proper cable and safety breaker to use). The machine needs around 5 minutes to heat up and then pushes constantly a lot of steam out. We are using it almost every weekend.And it performes like an expensive Brand.The controller panel did not show the current temperature and is a little odd to adjust but it worked and we got used to it. Short before the warranty run out the controller showed a error code. I contacted the customer service and got immediate response and they offered me replacement and sent it to me via FEDEX . Best customer service we ever experienced. Thanks, Aleko. Beside that, the exact same COAST 6kwh steam generator is by Aleko around 1/3 cheaper as by Wayfair”
