“Horrible quality, do not purchase an outdoor sauna. It is not for the outdoors. I bought the Canadian Hemlock Wet Dry Outdoor Sauna with Asphalt roof - 5 Person. After less than 1 year, it is completely falling apart from the wood to the finish. This is the worst quality sauna I've ever seen. The whole unit is so cheap and flimsy, if the wind blows the door can fall off. To pay thousands of dollars for this crappy product plus building and installation costs, I expected alot more. Call a local sauna company and have one custom built, at least you will have ongoing support and maintenance, unlike with Aleko. I can't explain how bad the quality is after a few months, what a shame.”

“Our delivery (Pro # 518391461)was on Oct 6,2022. Only half of the 12 boxes listed were delivered. I spoke to Thelma at Promatrans and she said she would initiate a dock search. I spoke to Tanisha at RoadRunner who was very helpful and sent me a picture of beautiful wrapped pallet ready for shipping. So, something happened between RoadRunner and our address on 1590 Chatsworth Blvd. And I spoke to Lanea on Oct 11th who said she would also initiate a dock search request. Well, “they” found the motor and delivered it last week. So now we’re missing #3,5,6,7,8,10 out of the 12 original order. Meanwhile the huge gate, fencing, and posts are having to sit in driveway because we can’t install without the other parts. Please see if you can find what products are associated with those numbers above, and call me at (619) 990-0086. I am Jeff Moore , the contractor helping Randolph West because he’s in his 80’s and needs help. I’ve worked with Randy for 20years on various projects. Please help us complete this one! It’s for his own security.. Thank You, Jeff. I’m not very techy, so I don’t have photo files to download, just photos.”

“I was told at time of order it would be here next day. After 5 days, I received calls from several offices/departments with your company. Each gave me different information concerning who the delivery man was, what number he would be calling me from, and most importantly, conflicting information about whether I needed to have someone here to help unload it. . One of your people told me I needed 3 men, another told me i needed 1 man. Very frustrating. The email I was sent included a "threat" that if I didn't have people to help, they would not unload it, leave with it, and charge me extra. In the end, it turned out that the gentleman who delivered it was very helpful and smart, and he and my 68 year old husband got it unloaded even though my husband has a bad back. But up to that point, I didn't know what was going to happen. It was all very stressful!”

“My wife and I found the frame extremely easy to snap together in about 30-45 min with only one connection that didn't line up and will need to be screwed together. We haven't started putting on the wire yet and are not looking forward to it but plan to use extended wire ties used to tie rebar instead of the small plastic zip ties. It will need a few custom adjustments but overall very pleased with the value. This is not to be confused with a dog kennel as a large dog could damage this trying to get out.”
