“First hot tub failed in less than ten days. They sent another one and the heater failed within days. The sent a new heater and am unable to install it.because the video showed the wrong hot tub Customer service said they would contact the manufacturer. A month later and no answer from anyone. Must be no one can speak Chinese. Crappy service. I just want my money back.”

“worst customer service ever! Dont buy any products here. I bought a dual arm set for my Gates, and the motherboard did not work. I emailed, I called, I left messages, I could not get anyone on the phone and when I did they said send a picture I said well I'm sending you a picture of a motherboard----- that doesn't work that doesn't make any sense So I have so I had to go buy a whole new set after my contractor had installed the arms there was no there was no customer support I will I would have glad have gladly paid more for any other brand than have to spend 3 days not getting out of my driveway because I couldn't get anybody to call me back I eventually had to solder off the arms of my gate because they would not send me a new motherboard”

“Hello. I just want to be sure and say thank you to Maria, and her manager for the way they treated me concerning the raft I had purchased about a month ago. It had a slow leak in the front air chamber. They were really great about it. I sent them a few pictures of it, and did a soapy water test on it which they asked for. They are replacing my raft with a new one. So their service is awesome. They stand behind their product. I look forward to many years of fun with my new raft. Thank you again Aleko.
