“If I could give no stars it would still be to many. I called and ordered some parts that were missing for our hot tub. We were told they would ship within a few days. It took over 2 weeks before the parts left the warehouse. When they did arrive, it was not even what I ordered and what was in the package was completely damaged. I called and spoke to the same person, set up for the parts that I ordered to actually be shipped I was promised they would be shipped out on "Monday" it has been another 2 full weeks and still, the parts have not moved. My credit card was charged and still nothing. No communication, no parts... disgusting.. We are going on a month now...”

“Phone Based Customer Service is Excellent! I would like to specifically Name Nadia and Maria. No issues at all. I think FEDEX shipping service lets the shipping time down, the order took a little longer than 7 days, BUT all my FEDEX orders have been delayed lately.”

Must be no one can speak Chinese. Crappy service. I just want my money back.”
