I wish I could give this company zero stars. I purchased a trampoline At the beginning of June for my granddaughter who was living with us during the Covid 19 crisis so I could homeschool here since I am a retired teacher. I was sent a trampoline that had no extension poles. My son immediately called the company and after being on hold for almost an hour, was told they would send him a new manual and to check to see if he had all the parts. The new manual was worst than the first manual. The product items didn’t match at all. Another call and a long wait to be told that they neede to go to the warehouse to see if they could find the extension poles and my son could contact them within an hour. An hour passed and my son could not get through on their phone line. The next day another long hold and my son was told they could send the poles but they would not arrive till the middle ofJuly. Well that certainly would not be acceptable because my granddaughter would not be staying with us at that time but would be with her other grandmother since school would be out. Now my husband is upset and he calls. After another long hold he gets someone to tell them we want to return the products to only be told we would have to pay the shipping cost. Can you imagine how much it would cost to send a trampoline??? My husband was tole we would have to pay the shipping because we did not want the product!!! Who wants a trampoline with missing extension poles??? My husband was told they needed to speak to someone and would receive a call back. Well that call never came!!! YESTERDAY which is now June 19th my husband called and was put on hold for more than an hour. The call would say he is 7th in the queue, then he was 2nd in the queue. Then the line went dead. He called back 3 times and each time the same thing happened. Now it is the next day June 20th and I am sitting down writing this review. I do not purchase items online without reading reviews. I read so many great reviews and wonder if they were made up because I have never had an experience like this from ordering a product and I order online all year long because I utterly despise shopping in local stores. I also called today and was told because of high volume they would call me back. I will be waiting for their call an if I do not hear from them I will be writing reviews every single day until this matter is resolved!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Gazebo arrived Box had been Re taped, obviously gone through in shop for parts, Gazebo Incomplete, missing 2 - # 7 Pipes (Roof), called, waited a week for WRONG PARTS to arrive of course on Friday night, can't find Hours of Operation, or anyone to just send me 2 - # 7 Pipes so that I can use this Gazebo, took my money Immediately, Can't get a complete Gazebo ? if this isn't resolved immediately, calling BBB, Bank, Etc. ., Very Unhappy Terrible Experience

I purchased a motorized awning April 27, 2020, it arrived on May 7, without the motor. I contacted customer service via email, phone, and online chat and waited weeks for an answer but could not get anyone to address the missing motor. After working through PayPal, I finally got notification that my motor had been shipped. I then installed the motor according to the instructions but there was a problem with the front rail and the arm bar link. Either the arm bar link or the rail was manufactured incorrectly and upon first use of the awning the arm bar link stuck in the front rail and broke and bent the front rail while doing so. I have since called and emailed with no response. The customer service number always send you to voice mail and even if you leave a message you do not get the courtesy of a response despite their claim that they will respond in 24 hrs. No matter the medium, phone, email, chat, we have been unsuccessful in getting Aleko customer services to respond. We cannot use the awning we were finally able to install and are extremely frustrated with this company.

We purchased 2 Aleko manual retractable awnings. Yes we knew we had to put them together and install them. The instruction manual was absolutely horrendous. They were next to impossible for anyone other than someone who is a builder or something close to put them together. My husband has his own building company. It took him 16 hours to put together and install. It was next to impossible to find an online video to watch for installation and even the one he could find was not very good! And now that it is installed it seems that he needs to somehow put a middle bracket in (not in the parts) because it sags. If the town dump was open, my husband would have brought all of the pieces there. It was an extremely frustrating experience and I would never purchase or recommend something like this to anyone.

Overall decent awning in the low price range- once it’s installed- but the installation and assembly instructions are terrible. I’m pretty mechanical and have assembled far more complex devices than this. Very non-specific with poor pictures so you’ll find yourself looking online for videos and you’ll likely need to take it down and partially apart to get the assembly correct and the adjustments right. A few more dollars on a decent set of instructions would make this more tolerable. I’d say either buy it and get a pro to install or get a higher end product that’s engineered better with better instructions Looks good when up though.

Very disappointed!! I bought a Motorized Retractable White Frame Patio, After receding the package I took a day of from my work to install it, although when I opened the package I could not find the motor in the box!! I believe ALEKO either does not have a quality control or there is a big gap on their quality system!

I’m writing to you today to tell you how disappointed I am with your products. I ordered two privacy screens from you. One is fine and installed well. The other is completely unuseable. When we tried to install it, it sagged and became twisted. Please refer to the pictures. I tried to return the screens to you, but you insisted that I pay the return postage, which cost more than the price of the product. I’m very disappointed that you refuse to provide me with the product you advertised I was going to receive. You promoted this product erroneously. How many of your other products do you fall short in selling?

Ordered two motorized awnings. One is fine, other had a faulty motor. Have sent emails, and left voice messages (no human ever answers the phone) to get this resolved with no response for over 3 weeks. Yesterday 6/12/20 I called and selected "technical support" and the phone range about 25 times before I hung up. Not sure they are still even in business.

Never got to talk to a person. Never called me back, ever, even after numerous email, tests and phone attempts. One person in a text said it was due to Covid. Ha, if I can teach PK children remotely during Covid, customer services should be able to return a call. No excuse.

On May 14th I received the Aleko Drywall Sander I that I had ordered from GudCraftOnline.com and found the cardboard box badly damaged and the sander was damaged. I immedialtely emailed them describing the issue and attached 4 photos of the box and sander. On the 15th they asked if I was willing to keep the product for a partial refund. I responded that same day that I would if the refund was fair. I emailed them again on the 18th since I hadn't heard from them and on the 19th they emailed me asking what was and appropriate refund. I sent back saying I would except a 25% reduction of $20 to keep the sander. On the 20th I received an email from them thanking me for contacting them and please send some photos which I again sent the same 4 photos. On the 22nd I received an email saying that they would replace the sanding disks for me, where did this come from? That same day I sent them two e-mails regarding reviewing the whole complete issue and I have not heard anything from them again. I jerry rigged the drywall sander so I could finish my garage and gave up on the whole thing. I did have another issue with the sander as the extension that hold the vacuum hose keeps falling out. I originally ordered the sander on the Walmart website which sent it to the GudCraftOnLine.com website for the order. I will never order from them again or another Aleko Drywall Sander.

I BOUGT 5X5X4 OUTSIDE DOG KENNELL AND I PAID 419.00 AND SOON AFTER THAT THEY WENT ON SALE FOR 188.00 NOT HAPPY I COULD HAVE 2 FOR THE PRICE I GOT FOR ONE I EMAILED AND TRYED TO TALK TO THEM. Hello First let me explain how disappointed I am with your company. We purchased a 10x8 awning and motor on July 29 2019 and we did not get it until late September. So we decided to wait until Spring 2020 to install. The directions are very hard to understand. When we finally got it together and put the arm-bar link into the front bar they would not move they were tight and the only way to move them was to use a mallet. So I contacted your company first by CHAT and was told to email so I sent email with all the information that I had. NO RESPONSE so then I again sent another email and NO RESPONSE I waited 4 more days and had a pure chat with Tashiana and once again was told to email that was on May 26 2020 and still NO RESPONSE. So today June 5 2020 we decided to shave the arm-bar link to get it to slide smoothly. when we tried to open it again this time the arm snapped. We are totally done please refund at least 1/2 of the charges of $458.00. I can understand now why your ratings have dropped from 4.6 to 3.9 and as soon as I leave my review they will drop more. I want a phone call ASAP to resolve this.

I purchased a replacement fabric for my existing retractable awning on May 2nd. On May 11th the company sent me an email regarding a payment issue & to contact asap to resolve. My credit card was charged $10 more than the receipt emailed. I have tried numerous times by phone messages, email & online chat and I still have not been contacted. It's been 1 month and no idea if I will receive the product.

We ordered something online. We never received an actually date of delivery. Then when I called they said they said it was cancelled from the 3rd party vendor. So then I placed it again with another card. They sent an email back stating it wasnt even in stock and if I wanted to cancel it I have to call them. This was almost 3 weeks ago.after constant calling I haven't even gotten through. They haven't replied to any emails and now I have put in a dispute with my credit card. Horrible service

I bought a retractable awning on clearance from a third party. It was in good condition accept for missing hardware. I figured I would call and just purchase the hardware from Aleko. When I called I was put on hold and disconnected 3 times. When I finally reached a lady, I didn’t get her name. She informed me that I could only purchase parts if I had a P.O. number. I asked to talk to someone else and she said the would just tell me the same and hung up on me. I was very nice to her and was treated horrible. I have done the same with many other companies with other products and never had one say you can’t buy parts. Many companies even would send parts for free. I do not recommend purchasing anything this company sells. They don’t seem to backup their products very well.

I bought the iron door for my new house from Aleko and I am not happy with it. 1.> I ordered the door online with free shipping but when the delivery man showed up at my house and there is only one man and he told me he is not going to remove the door from his truck to my driveway unless he has 3 more men to help him. Neither the Aleko nor delivery company tell me about this beforehand. 2.> when I ordered the door, Aleko charged me 10.5% tax. I chatted with them about this and they told me just oder it and contact sale department and they will adjust that. I ordered the door and contact sale department multiple times and no response. 3.> the door came with no hardware to install it. 4.> the 4 door handle studs are not the same length. I cannot install the handle properly unless I need to cut, file, and re-threat again to make the handle install properly. I had to pay extra for installation men. 5.> one of the handle screws is missing and I cannot find the replacement at my local hardware store yet. 6.> the workmanship of the door is terrible, it's very difficult to close the door and lock it. even though the door was installed by professionals who I was hired to do it. I am very disappointed with my order and recommend people think it twice before order the door from Aleko.

I ordered the iron door from Aleko. the workmanship of the door is terrible as following: 1.> the door came with no hardware to install the door 2.> the 4 door handle studs are not the same length so we cannot install handles properly unless we cut them to have them the same length. 3.> 1 crew to install the handle is missing 4.> the left and right door don't line up well so it's very difficult to close the door and lock it. 5.> Aleko charge me 10.5% tax and I've been contacting them to ask why multiple time and no answer yet. my local sale tax is 7.75%. 6.> I've been calling and email them multiple times and no responses. 7.> I know the door is heavy and delivery is free but there is only 1 person delivery to my place. the delivery man told me, he is not going to take it out from his truck and delivery the door to me unless I have 3 more men to help him. the Aleko didn't tell me about this beforehand. and I need the door so I have to call my brothers overs for help. bottom line is, I am very disappointed with the workmanship of the door and customer service of the company.

Ordered a motorized awning directly from the Aleko website. Received the order in a timely fashion so started off pretty good. Opened the box with my contractor and at first looked like good quality, then noticed damaged material (dented, paint scraped - I have pictures) on the arm. There was no damage to the box so it was packed and sent this way. To make matters worse, the motor was completely absent. Called customer service (the agents are very nice, but not empowered to do anything except apologize on behalf of the company) and was told that they were sorry and a motor would be sent. No offer of anything for the damaged goods or the delayed motor. Glad to update this review if anyone from Aleko ever calls me back, but for now this is a 1 star company as far as I'm concerned.

First let me tell you about myself. I am pretty handy person, finished my own basement, can run electrical lines, change faucets and many more things. I am not a professional by can do lot of stuff and have all the tools for it. This product has many issues. 1) Packing is very lousy so it can be damaged very easily. We received this with main support bar in oval shape instead of round. Had to spend several hours using heat gun and other tools to make it into a circle. 2) Many of the screw holes don't match up right. They provided pre-drilled holes but they don't line up properly. We had to make our own holes 3) Instructions are couple of pages long. You can see some of the videos online but nothing clearly explains all the details. Many people tried to help but still too many issues. In summary, if you are not handy, don't have lot of patience and some real help this product is not for you. We spent 11 hours and still not done.
