can not leave messages mail box full very poor experience web site they said days ago send e mail pics. can not. Will not do any thing again with this company. A big run around holes in fabric on awning can not return to wallmart. A BIG THANKS

Ordered a sun shade around april 13th, it's now may 26th and my item has not been delivered. There is no answer at customer service, no response to emails, and the chat help is obviously not on site as they cannot help either. I also bought a driveway gate, control box, actuators, photo-eyes, solar, battery, etc. I've been through 4 control boards in about 3 years and my gate has not worked consistently for more than about a month over that time. Both actuators have failed as well (limit switches). I've wasted so much time and money, it's unbelievable!

So, I had a very simple question about an awning I was thinking of purchasing. I tried the chat feature on the web site, emailing them directly. I called several times to only get connected to a voicemail box. Nobody has responded to me in over a week. If this is the level of customer service I can expect from this company, then I'm glad I found out before I spent hundreds of dollars on a awning. What if I had an issue with my purchase, wanted help, make a return? Looks like I'll be shopping elsewhere for my awning.

Have been trying to contact a person to discuss the heater mounting for the Sauna since March, it is now late May - does this company really exist??? The heater mounting instructions direct us to mount the heater in a way that is non-compliant to the heater's mounting minimums. This is dangerous and would void our insurance claim if something happened. Do Not Buy From This Company - something is not right here.

I bought an Aleko 13x10 half-cassette awning in sand color from Wayfair last month to go over our back deck. I installed the product just as prescribed, which wasn't too bad. The instructions could have been better, but Youtube videos made up for the deficiencies. I love the idea behind the awning, but it is well less than sturdy and strong in design and manufacturing. The cassette portion is well-designed, but the arms leave a lot to be desired. They seem very weak for the load they are expected to bear. I am not overly pleased with the product quality. To add to my dismay, I purchased the support poles to offset some the strain due to the cantilever design. They are cheap as well. The first few days I had the poles, one of them retracted, leaving the awning all the way extended without extra support. It is just a matter of time before the awning breaks while fully extended. I would not buy this product again. I went with it because of its awesome price compared to other awnings. In the end, I guess you get what you pay for.

My wife and I purchased a 20’ half cassette awning and it was the biggest mistake we’ve ever made. When we received the item it was damaged beyond use. I contacted Aleko and was informed by Dax they would send another immediately. We never received it! I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the financing arm for their products, Bread and they responded by sending another awning made up of damaged, mismatched, pieces. This is the worst business in this U.S.of A!!! Stay clear and save your money. There is no honesty among thieves and Aleko is a den full of them !!!!

Before placing my order on Aleko website I spoke on the chat with Levi. I asked him several questions about several items. After making sure with him all my itens were comparable I placed my order on May 2nd. My order was delivered on May 8th. 2 items were missing from my order. 2 Gate remote controls. I contacted Levi and he told me he was going to send the remotes. Days later I followed up and he told me the remotes were back ordered. I checked on the website and the remotes were not back ordered. I contacted Levi again, he said it was his mistake the remotes were not shipped out yet and actually the remotes were discontinued, not back ordered. He said he would send a different remote. I still dont have any confirmation of shipment. Also, I ordered a gate opener and a set of extra racks, all based on Levi information about items being able to function together. The extra racks I ordered cant be used with the racks that come with the gate opener. I tried to exchange the racks, but Aleko wants me to pay retail price for shipping instead of providing me a shipping label and deducting shipping cost from the refund. Retail shipping cost is $59 dollars (the cheapest I found) and the rack were $52 dollars plus tax. I told them that this is bad business and a way to make sure nobody returns them anything. I am willing to pay the shipping cost of they generate the label, with their system, with business shipping cost (about $10). They said if they generate the shipping label it is the same as them paying return shipping. I told them it is not the same as they can take the shipping cost out of the refund. I had paid someone to come install the gate opener and I was unable to get it done, but I still have to pay their minimum fee to come out.

I bought a garden hose from them via rakuten.com. Hose broke within first 10 uses but they only have 3 month warranty on hose. Customer service didn't return voice messages or emailsmand a customer service rep hung up after I requested conversation transcripts of the interaction. Awful product and customer service. Do NOT buy from them u bless you want to be prepared for months of headaches.mifmyoumdol check on the warranty and get everything in writing because 3 the company does not stand behind their products.

Phone and customer service is nonexistent. I tried to exchange an item and they want me to pay retail price for shipping instead of providing shipping label and deducting from the refund. That makes impossible to anyone to return anything as shipping will cost as much or more than the item bought while paying retail price for shipping. Business pay very little shipping if compared to regular retail price. Plus, before placing my order, I made sure I spoke to someone and asked about what items would be compatible with the gate opener I was buying. Ordered all items following sales person direction. Rack is not compatible with original rack that comes with the opener. I wont be able to use it, and I wont pay more for shipping than I paid for the rack to ship it back. I tried to contact them in several ways. No luck.

After assembling the 20 ft awning and extending it out for the first time, I find a sticker on one of the bars say do not use in the rain! Nowhere in the advertisements and instruction manual does it say anything about don't use in the rain. I live in western Washington and it rains here, a lot. I feel like I was deceived, tricked and lied to. I gave it an extra star because it works pretty good for shade.

I was looking at a product and I'm new to this company. I clicked on the chat, waited about 30 seconds, and I am probably exaggerating the time, I looked back and it said oops we missed you! send an email! It was not a very long time at all!! I guess I was the unfortunate customer to get an ADD customer service rep.!! I just wanted a couple of questions answered about something I wanted to purchase! Now I have to wait for an email? Everyone knows that an answer from an email takes at least 24hours! Thank you, I will move on now to the next company, until I find one with employees that are respectful and not impatient!

The instructions sent with the awning are not clear nor are they correct. Worst instructions ever!!!!!!! product was great, but after spending many hours correcting what the instructions did not tell me I was really hesitant on sending it back.

ALEKO® SGM01 Heavy Duty Hand Press Professional Grade Grommet Machine Hand Eyelet Press Hole Punch Tool with 5 Die Sets (#0, #1, #2, #3, #4) I received this item today, which is great. I put it together and the paint on the machine is great, solid all-around without any drips or anything rough on the bottom of the press, and when I press down with the lever it works smoothly and without any real trouble. The only reason I gave this a three-star, however; is for these reasons: The #1 Die for 8mm and for the #3 Die for 11mm grommets are warped or dented JUST slightly, which makes them stick fairly often when I press down on a grommet, I will get in contact with them over this. Their communication was non-existent...? I paid for the press and dies on Sunday, and on Tuesday I sent them a message asking why the payment had not been accepted on their end. They did not respond except to accept the payment the next day and send me an email stating that they had shipped my parcel, thankfully with a tracking number. I value communication with businesses I purchase from, it gives me insight as to whether they actually care about their customers and this alone dropped them a bit in my opinion since I followed their reviews stating they had excellent communication... Overall, the grommet press is a nice tool, and I don't regret buying it, but I will see how things go with any further communication before I buy from them again.

what are your hours of operation? it is not posted on your website. i called yesterday .. new Aleko inflatable 160 gallons square type started leaking from hose pipe leading to motor heater on outside of jacuzzi at bottom, underneath jacuzzi. don't know if its the hose or the connection of hose inside motor! Can you fix it..if i connect with you to return it and you can send it back to me please??? you don't have anymore of these jacuzzis in stock! We need it to work asap! only used it 3 times 15 min each time.. just took it out of box assembled it last Wed April 29th 2020. worked great until Sat night.. all night leaked from max water fill line to min water fill line.. all out onto our courtyard walk way off our patio!!! we are not looking to drain water that way either.. I just ordered a sump pump but it hasn't arrived yet! and i ordered all the ph test kit and chlorine items to care for this jacuzzi and I ordered a different foam float thermal cover cause its easier to maintain this way due to the dimensions on our patio.. which the jacuzzi fits edge to edge on !
