“Our awning replacement is beautiful! We have gotten lots of compliments from our neighbors. Replacing our old awning with the new fabric was easy and so economical.”

“Ordering and getting the gate was smooth and fast. I didn’t receive the gate latch and didn’t call within the 3 days, therefore I wasn’t refunded the cost of it. Other than that very satisfied customer.”

“I got the awning but the right arm was broken , i called and emailed the problem , i got a total run around and no clear answer as to what i can do. after two months of run arounds and no help from aleko i just ordered a new arm it came i put together the awning i was not impressed with it . took it down and sold it at a yard sale. I then purchased a sun setter awning it works great your company is totally useless .”

“I bought almost a year ago a 6kwh steam generator. I was impressed by how neat and professional it was built.The installation was easy and pretty straight forward. (although a electrician should do it since they know which proper cable and safety breaker to use). The machine needs around 5 minutes to heat up and then pushes constantly a lot of steam out. We are using it almost every weekend.And it performes like an expensive Brand.The controller panel did not show the current temperature and is a little odd to adjust but it worked and we got used to it. Short before the warranty run out the controller showed a error code. I contacted the customer service and got immediate response and they offered me replacement and sent it to me via FEDEX . Best customer service we ever experienced. Thanks, Aleko. Beside that, the exact same COAST 6kwh steam generator is by Aleko around 1/3 cheaper as by Wayfair”

“The sales representative I spoke to at Aleko, Rudy, was knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel confident in my purchase and was available for any questions I had. Rudy is a person that every company needs and Aleko is lucky to have someone like him. I had an issue with a product I ordered a while ago and contacted Rudy on the live chat. He was fast and efficient, listened to my problem and offered me a solution right away. My pine hot tub I ordered last week looks fabulous and I will use it as an ice bath for the summer, and a hot tub in the winter! What a wonderful product for having 2 in 1. “we began installing our awning, got to the place of putting the cover on and it was a 16 ft cover, the frame is 20 ft, we ordered a 20 ft, first you delivered our awning to the wrong place, so it was delayed, and now we can't put up because it is the wrong size. I have been talking with your service department and they keep saying it will be sent or has been sent (the correct size cover) but can't find tracking number. In the meantime I purchased (and paid for) another cover so we could continue installation since i have no idea when the replacement will come. AND YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE TERRIBLE!!!”

“Aleko, is a wonderful company very easy to work with. They have wonderful customer service employees. I had a problem with my awning and it was under warranty and they replaced the part. I had to contact them as there was still a problem. They went ahead and are replacing the item, no charge and no problems. Here is a copy of the letter I wrote to the company on behalf of the customer service rep that helped me. I would defiantly purchase items from this company. Hello, I would like to inform you of one of your employees Katelyn Kingsford. I have been dealing with Katelyn for over a month now about the problems I am having with my awning. Katelyn, went above and beyond to help correct the problem and she was very professional, and she made sure she got me the answers I needed. I received the replacement motor and after getting it back up, it was still not right. Plus it has faded in a year. So, Katelyn resolved my problem with the tube and also the fabric issue. I just want to tell you what a great employee you have. It was a pleasure dealing with Katelyn and I know if I need anything it will be from your company.
