“Not delivered on time as promised !!??and I had to dispute the transaction when item wasn’t delieverd on time to my address . To find out after 7 days the trucking company not able to deliver the Item .and your customer service shipping and handling did not care if item delivered or not . We will find some one else to buy it in your state of Colorado they said .”

“I have purchased one set of gates from Aleko and they are perfect and have been using their gate openers for 3 or 4 years now with very little or no problems. I plan on buying more items from them in the future.”

“The chat room guided me thru the process I needed in order to buy and install a sliding gate. They handed me off to the tech person because I had questions on the foundation. My order had a glitch because of the shipping address not being same as billing address but the sales dept later explained what they were/ had to do. somewhat confusing but not a simple straightforward process. Took a while to get full explanation of how all the different departments work; but at least they are there to answer the questions. Now I just hope the product arrives as promised and the billing department doesn't add on any extra charges.”

“No text service. You can only email and not actually talk to a technician. Say you’re on your parts out today and I paid two day service for It and it comes three days later. Wireless Car sensors Don’t work and had to buy direct wired sensors. We had a bad motor now to take Pictures of it. That wasn’t good enough so we had to send video of the motor running. Finally they’re going to send out an a new motor”

“GG900 seems to work well once we worked through a couple small issues. Customer service is good if you can hold long enough to get to the right person. It took a while but overall I am satisfied and the price was right. I did all the work myself and saved a ton of money over the brand name stuff.”
