“ordered it for my tenant. Got an email form customer that address was different from shipping and asked to contact them either by call or email. I was in Germany. So I sent an email immediately to confirm that please simply to send to my credit card address. A week later come back from Germany, did not get it. Contacted by phone and was told it was canceled due to difference address. I tried to explain that you asked either by call or email. The lady's attitude was terrible.”

Just please make sure that your billing and card information matches so there are no issues with the next order. On November 6th, we did advice you that the order was going to have to be cancelled and the order was going to need to be replaced. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. “Still haven’t received the Sauna. Ordering process very disappointing. Called customer service to check on specs and availability. They told me Sauna is available and ships within a week. ordered then online (status: available!). However, then informed via email that product is on backorder, and no specific new delivery date was communicated”

“Getting the product in place without assistance is difficult due to the almost constant light breezes here on Cape Cod. The material is light-weight and "sails" easily. No instructions come with the product to indicate whether it may trimmed to fit around the brackets that support the awning mechanical assembly to ensure that the open side is directly under the fabric roller for the full extent of the awning. The tie downs at each end are about 18 inches from the end pocket. Not sure whether the pockets will stay in place when we experience gusty winds.”

“Never even received the gazebo I ordered. A week after my order was processed And was expecting to be delivered I received an email from someone from Aleko that the gazebo that I ordered is out of stock ( my CC was charged), and they can refund me or I can wait 2-3 months for the product. When I called there customer service I experienced the typical Customer service attitude person that didn’t care about the customers! Didn’t even try to sell me other product. Very, very disappointed”

“This is a great chicken enclosure for the money. Easy to put together, however the tie wraps were a little too small for adult fingers to use comfortably. I had to get tie wraps that were about 1 inch longer-too bad.”

“Normally I'm wary of internet companies. It always seems that the most important people in internet companies are the photographer and graphic designer. But this company actually came through with my hamster cage. I'm still skeptical but I'll be giving them a second chance.”
