ordered it for my tenant. Got an email form customer that address was different from shipping and asked to contact them either by call or email. I was in Germany. So I sent an email immediately to confirm that please simply to send to my credit card address. A week later come back from Germany, did not get it. Contacted by phone and was told it was canceled due to difference address. I tried to explain that you asked either by call or email. The lady's attitude was terrible.

Just please make sure that your billing and card information matches so there are no issues with the next order. On November 6th, we did advice you that the order was going to have to be cancelled and the order was going to need to be replaced. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Still haven’t received the Sauna. Ordering process very disappointing. Called customer service to check on specs and availability. They told me Sauna is available and ships within a week. ordered then online (status: available!). However, then informed via email that product is on backorder, and no specific new delivery date was communicated

I haven't even received my product yet. When I tracked it it was supposed to be here days ago. Now when I track it says it isn't coming until next week.
