“I bought a Christmas tree that said it was in stock and available to ship, after 2 days it hadn’t shipped so I emailed support and they said they were out for the season and it would ship NEXT FALL when they got more in. My confirmation email said nothing about this and during those 2 business days, no one contacted me to tell me that. At least I was given a prompt refund.”

“This is 3rd gate opener I buy , The other two gave me outstanding service for over five years ,I am replacing one because it was damaged due to Hurricane Maria , still opens but with trouble . hopefully new one will give me the same outstanding service.”

“Was looking forward to using it Surprised how small it was Smaller than 5 gal buckles from hardware stores Used it for about ten min got 1-2" of ash in the can Then the motor died wouldn't restart The suction is very weak ,wil only pick up light ash The hose is so small that any bits of Charcoal will clouged the hose up and have to take it apart Also have to clean the filter about every five min too Spend more time cleaning the hose and filter than dose to shovel the ash out by hand Didn't seem to put any ash in the air though Hope fully the design will be fixed at some time But for me it's pretty worthless and takes more time than just shoveling the ash out”
