“Was looking forward to using it Surprised how small it was Smaller than 5 gal buckles from hardware stores Used it for about ten min got 1-2" of ash in the can Then the motor died wouldn't restart The suction is very weak ,wil only pick up light ash The hose is so small that any bits of Charcoal will clouged the hose up and have to take it apart Also have to clean the filter about every five min too Spend more time cleaning the hose and filter than dose to shovel the ash out by hand Didn't seem to put any ash in the air though Hope fully the design will be fixed at some time But for me it's pretty worthless and takes more time than just shoveling the ash out”

“Your telephone assistance in sure had three in stock and could be shipped the following Monday , charge the card 4 days later then emailed and said didn't have any for 3 to 4 months. And waiting most companies don't bill until they're shipped I'm a businessman 25 years CA contractor and don't charge clients tell deliver. done and they're happy.”

“Gate arms constantly break then the tech team had me make a video hooking it up to a battery only to tell me after i went through all this that it is broken and I am outside my warranty. Mind you I told them in the beginning I bought it in 2014. When I told why did you make me do all this. They said sorry but i will help you buy another one! Stay away!”
