Ordered 2 gates. 1 was on backorder, the other was sent after I called and requested they be shipped separate. 3 weeks later, still no gates! Gates finally came. DAMAGED! These gates are not reliable with remote controls. Sometimes they open, sometimes they don’t. The wand sensors also do not work! Called Aleko and all they will do is blame it on interference. Don’t buy from Aleko. Foreign Junk!

Purchased a five foot white fiber optic tree for $50.00 it stays lit for 4 min then turns off I would say stay clear of their Christmas trees.

I bought and paid for “hot tub filters” for the hot tub purchased from Aleko. I am still waiting after two months for those filters that are on backorder. The hot tub turns off after three days to clean the filter if you fail to perform cleaning before that time. That means the water has to be re-heated before use. The hot tub is easy to set up and start using.

I ordered a 7 person Sauna on Cyber Monday that was in stock and have still not received my shipping confirmation or any other correspondence from Aleko. I followed up three days after my order and asked for a receipt but still no shipping confirmation....

Ordered a motorized 12x10 Awning and had everything delivered except the motor part. I hired contractors and an electrician for the installation and they had to stop when they noticed that the motor was missing. I called Aleko and they did give me a $15 refund and told me I should receive the motor in 2 days and would email me a tracking number. As of right now I have not received a tracking number and worried they still haven't shipped it out yet. You would think they would overnight the shipping, but they didn't.

Cannot find anyone in the Atlanta area to service the dual swing gate openers. They all uniformly say they do not service it as it does not meet industry standards. Had to cancel my order since I could not find anyone to work on it.

ordered their LED lights and they came in as candescent light bulbs for Christmas decorations on November 30th been sending e-mails and multiple pictures back and forth ever since and now taking a loss on how much I spent because they refused to give me all my money back, looks and acts like a fly-by-night company be aware stay away. all this time I wasted with emails and pictures I should have went to the local store and picked up Christmas lights for my kids.

I would like to give you five stars but every time you try to reach costumer service it’s almost impossible and when you do they aren’t really helpful, but I think they products are really good for the price!!
