“Very unhappy. Per offer, description, and video, the lumbers are supposed to be solid, 83 inches long. Aleko delivered to me lumbers made of two parts that are very difficult to assemble, take more time and effort. There was no list of items enclosed in the box provided, the manual is not satisfactory. Sauna does not keep temperature as supposed to. Delivery took more than one months. Do not recommend buying this one from Aleko.”

“Our Company purchased a sauna through Aleko and it was delivered with the incorrect pieces - straight from the factory - no parts list, no instructions, no contact information. We then had to prove to Aleko that they did in fact ship the incorrect pieces (via many emails and photos) which took about two weeks. Then they shipped additional incorrect pieces again - at which point we had to ask for our money back...which they won't do until we prove again that they shipped MORE incorrect pieces!!! I would recommend you search else ware for a sauna supplier.”

“After several phone call to tech support and customer service, we finally found out that our gate opener needed batteries (We were told it did not several times). Upon receiving the batteries, so far it works (just received the batteries today.”

“The company claims free delivery, but if ordering from Canada, the price is jacked up from 149.00 US (= 198.00 CDN) to over 300.00 and then claims free shipping. It is not free shipping at all as they jack the price up over 100.00 above the exchange rate and then claim shipping is free. I chose not to send money to the company as this is very deceptive.”

Hello Bill, Thank you for your review. In the US website, there is free shipping within the US. We also have a Canadian website which is alekoproducts.ca. If you are shipping to Canada through our Canadian website it will be free shipping. Although, if you live in an area where our carriers are not aware in Canada, there is a shipping cost. “Aleko in Kent was Great!! We purchased an awesome chicken coop for half the price. We drove up from Tacoma and it was definitely worth the drive. Customer service was awesome. We called with questions over the phone and Elena greet us as soon as we walked in the door and provided us with great service. Thank you!”

“My sister bought a gate from Home Depot and it was delivered with a defective post. After contacting both Home Depot and Aleko products several times including sleepy sounding salesmen and sending photographs we finally got some answers. Jessica K was the only one who did not give us the run around. She worked on the problem and got the problem solved. She deserves a raise at minimum or better yet replace one of your " supervisors " with Jessica K who seems to be the one accomplishing her goals.”
