“DO NOT BUY ALEKO PRODUCTS. Terrible customer service. NO Tech support. They offered to read me the manual after I pointed out it has contradictory information in it. After waiting on hold for over an hour the rep hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. JUNK PRODUCT, NO SUPPORT, DO NOT BUY.”

“I ordered a mailbox and it came damaged. I tried to figure out how to return the item, but couldn't find it on the site. I called the Customer Service Number 3 times and left a message over the course of a week. No one ever called me back. I finally emailed and got a response. Sent a picture of the damaged item. We went back and forth on the pictures they needed. I have to pay the shipping to send back the damaged item or else won't provide refund. Order on Amazon or someplace that will provide responsive customer service and take back damaged items at their cost.”

“Poor customer service has not responded to the email I sent over 4 weeks ago. I assembled our new Aleko Gazebo GZBHR01 and discovered there are no roof panels. Not a single panel! We now have this over $800 dollar roofless gazebo that I spent hours assembling and am not willing to take apart to send back. Too bad cause the quality and craftsmanship of the framing I put together is great. Would be a 5 star review if it had a roof.”

“I ordered a gate opener a month ago, and I still don't have it. The woman taking the order miss spelled every address card # that I gave her, I corrected her read back on every word. She screwed up the order, and it was net shipped. I waited a few days and called them, it took 2 weeks of trying to call them to finally talk to someone. I was told that the order was mishandled and not shipped. THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME AS SOON AS THEY NEW IT WAS MISSHANDLED. Still not delivered. I have been put on hold 6 times, and then disconnected. Today I got a recording about the weather. I ordered it again 10 days ago, it took 5 days to ship. I still don't have it. They need a lot of training, and a new manager. Absolutely the worst company that I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!”
