I have been trying to contact Aleko since July 4th. No response to emails or phone messages. I have called, been put on hold forever and then the call drops. I have left messages and sent emails. No response. I am so frustrated that I will never buy from them again. I didn't receive the product by a certain date as promised, that should have been my first clue that the company is inefficient. I will give opinion to Amazon to not sell their products due to poor customer service.

After four calls and being put on hold for anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes with no follow through, then an E-mail with no response after a month. All I needed was two arm bar links, but I'm now going to resort to manufacturing my own. What amazes me is that a company would abuse their own reputation over something as insignificant as these inexpensive parts.

Aleko sent me a defective gate, it was poorly made and so warped it could not close. It eventually took me a dozen emails, 10 phone calls, and 22 days to get a replacement. Absolutely atrocious customer service and poor products. DO NOT BUY FROM ALEKO IF YOU VALUE QUALITY.

Had an Issue w/product purchased from Home Depot which ALEKO sells. I was on chat w/ Elizabeth Frye of Aleko customer service. I wish to commend Aleko for having such competent employees in their organization. She went far beyond what one would expect for customer service and stayed w/me until my issue was resolved Never before have I had such a pleasant experience dealing w/an issue, she explored every avenue to help resolve my problem even to the point to where we were in a 3-way conversation w/ home depot. I there is an award Aleko has for its employees then Elizabeth should receive a minimum of five, w/at least a dozen "ATTA Girls "included. It is so refreshing to find a company that seeks quality personnel for its staff and realizes that its the cog in the wheel that makes it go around. So once again to Elizabeth THANK YOU & thanks to ALEKO.

Hi good day, I’m living in Boston MA area. I’ve purchased a Sauna from ALEKO in November 2018 (delivered late January 2019). The Product is the Canadian Hemlock Outdoor Wet Dry Sauna for 6 person. We’ve put a lot of energy to assemble it calling some friends and also some contractor (electrician). Instructions were poor and sometimes misleading (only the 4 person Sauna describe not 6). The Heater is working but air is not circulating. Resulting in much too low temperatures. The wires for the lamps are not provided. My electrician is stuck as wire seem special related to the design of the wall. Perhaps a Canadian standard we don’t know. Sauna is of no use and we are in the dark when trying it out. I’ve spent hours per phone and emails since then. Explaining the issue ten times. Support could not help and reaching out to the factory was taking DAYS. In the end, after all these iterations, I got a “works as designed”. So we are stuck, and even ashamed in front of all our friend and family willing to enjoy it with us. Last but not least, we discovered this morning that the wall of the Sauna cracked under the weight of the Heater!! This is unbelievable. A new problem (picture uploaded). I will have to hire again someone. You almost want to cry. I’m still hoping ALEKO will hear us and do something real this time. Or refund it to compensate the pain and budget trying to make this product work.

Spent 1 hour and fifteen minutes on hold and spoke to one person at the 1 hour point who was going to get me mor experienced help........finally had to go. It wears tech support and I was instructed to remove all my remote code and then nothing ......now my gate does not function. I was attempting to connect an LM172 keypad to a swing gate operator. My key fob remotes used to work ... no longer!!

Very bad experience. I bought a as1200 arm to replace old one and they shipped as 600 . After I got the arm I had my electrician tried to replace the arm but now none of the arms work . After spending a lot of money on the electrician I called aleko to let them know that the gate does not work and aleko has shipped the wrong product . The customer service tells me they are the same product I said ok if it is the same why didn’t you as 1200 as ordered and then this really obnoxious kept arguing so I said I want to return and refund on the wrong product they shipped. She said ok but i will have to pay for shipping and pay restocking fee and it would take about 8 weeks for refund .beware these people are scammers and one should stay away from them

We purchased 2 items from Aleko-a retractable awning and a hard top gazebo. The gazebo was missing 4 #21. I have called Aleko at least 4 times to get these missing parts-was told numerous times that these parts would be shipped out immediately. A month later I still do not have these parts. Very disappointed in their customer service. Will keep calling and hopefully will eventually get these. Not holding my breath

Very disappointed. I ordered a sauna heater and never took it out of the box. However, I ordered the wrong one and when my electrician was able to start on the installation it was past the 30 day limit for returns. I called to order the proper heater and return the heater I had bought and they would not allow me to return it and purchase a more expensive unit. Makes no sense and horrible business practice.

I have bad experiences with this company. They don't reply my complained about the shipping. In my cases, they marked the shipping but they don't drop off the item until 3-5 days without give me the information. And so long time to response in email and chat to solve the issues. So sad.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced with any company ! It took five months to receive my awning ,with no one even responding to my emails or phone calls until about a month later they just kept putting me off 4-5 weeks finally after receiving the 10x20 ft awning it had a broken part (arm bar link ) simple metal part that's inside every awning made , countless attempts at emailing with no responses ever , then finally getting someone on the phone ,this person was incapable of ordering the part for me and wanted me o take pictures of the part and emailing them to them , after they never even responding once to my 3 previous emails! Its almost two months later after receiving my awning and I'm still waiting for any type of response back ,they asked for my phone number so they could call me and order the parts but after responding to them I haven't got a call yet .

we ordered a retractable awning...first of all...the instructions on how to put the awning together was very difficult to understand...there were NO instructions on mounting the 300 pound device once we got it put together...don.t know if that is what it really weighed by it felt like it.. this awning needs two or three strong men to be able to mount it...there are no instructions on how high to mount it, or how dangerous the swing out retractable arms are...i was almost decapitated by the broken one we tried to fix...my wife and i tried to mount it on the house and we had to eventually ask a neighbor for help. we would not recommend this awing for anyone other than a professional installer. My wife and I almost lost our lives several times trying to man handle this product. i would give it NO stars if possible

Ordered Aleko portable sauna in early Feb, still waiting on it, Fedex has a tracking number prepared #785318031177 but says they can't do anything until they receive it from Aleko I will never mess with this company again, people, social networks have power, let the people on your friends list know how this company treats you, that's what i'm doing...

I bought a motorized 10x8 retractable awning. It is made of cheap material, box came with parts missing, motor did not work, holes did not line up and it retracts to about 2 feet out. Called tech support three times and was put on hold for over 20 minutes each time. Spoke to customer service and was told they could do nothing. I also spun the wheel and DID NOT get my 15% discount. Was told only good on certain items. I guess one gets what they pay for. DO NOT BUY an awning from this company. Never again.

We had a awning that needed the canvas replaced. It wasn’t an Aleko awning so I was hopeful that it would work regardless. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the one I chose. It was easy to do and was up within an hour. We did have to reuse the valance cord as the one that came with it was too thin and didn’t stay in the slot but it works and that’s what matters! Awesome company to deal with.

pieces broken,not instruction and wrong product information,after 2 weeks calling customer services and tech department not body answer.now I want return but I need to pay the shipping doesn't fair since it is not my fault.

They send me a awining with arm broken,also not instruction also the high to install is not correct .plus the customer services represent is the more unprofesional and rude,plus i pass more that 2 week waiting for tech department.this company is a disaster .
