“Very fast shipment, awning replacement fabric was a darker than the picture. Fit perfectly and very easy to install even though the mechanism was not an Aleko brand. If and when this replacement fabric needs replacement I would not hesitate for a second to re-order from Aleko. Thanks for the great service.”

“worst company I have ever dealt with! I have been waiting for someone to call me for over a month and have reached out to them at least 5-10 times and have been told that I would receive a call and I still have never received one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!”

“i bought one of their trolling motors and they can't tell me where i can buy a replacement blade i have sent their customer service three notes and even called they told me i would get a call back nothing. Are these folks for real?”

“I'm actually writing about their customer service. I ordered a push mower that was their 12" version. I received an email from them that it is back order and won't ship for 2-3 months. I called the number and spoke to customer service. They gave me the option to upgrade to the 16" version for the same price. Great service.”

“DO NOT BUY Aleko products. Purchased a sauna..pieces not cut to size, heater turned on for about 5 minutes, turned off, and will not turn on even after hitting the rest buttons and unplugging from the wall as per the instructions. Wrong instructions provided with the shipment. Tried online customer support- no help....not even close to knowledgeable about their product. They told me to send an email to customer support and that they would get back to me within 24 hours, emailed twice- no response. Called customer support, no answer and had to leave a message. Even tried sales- no answer.”

“I ordered the DIY chicken coop CKR10X7PR. When I received this the box was damaged, many parts were missing and I cannot use it. I can't even find the gate parts to purchase and finish putting this together. The quality was not what I expected at all. This item should not be purchased. It is what appears in the advertisement.”

“I ordered a cover for my awning back in Sept. 2019. I can't get an answer as to when I will be receiving this. However, they had no problem charging my credit card back in Sept. So they have had my money for 6 months and my awning was unprotected during the winter months.”

“I purchased 3 Awnings about 2 years ago and the fabric has faded from Green to almost brown on the Sun side of them. I'm very disappointed. Otherwise, they work great.”
