“I love Amazon UK I am a prime member and will continue to be, I always use prime video I rent and buy also, good prices cant be ignored. I recently ordered a number of items with the belief of a free delivery deal advertised by Amazon on orders over £20 my over exceeded £20 and I realised I was then being charged for delivery, I was then having to cancel one item to cover delivery costs an item I really needed. It left me not feeling angry just frustrated and let down, I cannot fault Amazon in any other aspect apart from this which lead me to thinking false advertising I never expected this from Amazon a company I hold in high regard.”

“Since I have been a member of Amazon Prime I no longer have to pay delivery charges on my purchases. This makes a huge difference and now they are my supplier of choice over all the others. On other sites (Cotton Traders and Sports Direct for instance) the delivery charges make them uncompetitive and they lose a lot of business from me because of them.”
