“Amazon provides a lot of options for purchase. Most of the time their returns policy (marketplace) is not very clear though. eg. I purchased a battery charger recently which was not suitable. I requested a refund and packaged and sent it back via Royal Mail. Few weeks later I received a warning letter from Royal Mail saying the item had been destroyed as a "dangerous good". I followed the sellers instruction and lost my money. Not happy. Most of the time though, my experience of Amazon has been good.”

“I love Amazon UK I am a prime member and will continue to be, I always use prime video I rent and buy also, good prices cant be ignored. I recently ordered a number of items with the belief of a free delivery deal advertised by Amazon on orders over £20 my over exceeded £20 and I realised I was then being charged for delivery, I was then having to cancel one item to cover delivery costs an item I really needed. It left me not feeling angry just frustrated and let down, I cannot fault Amazon in any other aspect apart from this which lead me to thinking false advertising I never expected this from Amazon a company I hold in high regard.”
