“The website is easy to navigate, everything laid out nicely. i am whoever deeply concerned at stories of staff being poorly paid and treated and also Amazon's failure to pay tax in the UK.”

“Three people in our household used Amazon this Christmas to buy most if not all, the gifts they needed to get. Amazon had it all! It came well packaged and was received by the dates expected, using Amazon Prime. They work hard to pack, deliver and please customers. Thank you”

“Fast delivery when Amazon is the dealer. Sometimes longer delivery times if parts are sent by other dealer. Sometimes useless rating comments.”

“They blocked my account as I spent much more than i usually do, this was very frustrating! However, after one phone call and one email it was unblocked in a couple hours. This was a perfect example of customer service! PS. It was Christmas”

“They had great offers on a variety of products that I was after. They grouped my delivery and because i'd spent over £20 I had free delivery :) The items were even delivered a few days before they were meant to arrive so that was a nice surprise!”
