“I recently purchased a amazon fire tablet for my son, within a month of usage the tablet stopped charging and i had one very upset little boy, after contacting amazon to check whether it had a manufacturer garentee, i was given a replacement free of charge! I think this is excellent customer service and i now have one very happy little boy.”
