“I've been ordering for quite a while from this company. The goods a on the whole very good. One thing happened just a couple of days ago. I was due a parcel, it hadn't arrived. Used the tracking and found the courier still had it. Couldn't contact them, so asked Amazon to help. They thought the item was lost, full refund. The courier delivered. Contacted Amazon to tell them and stop the refund. Amazon answered please keep the item and the refund. Honesty still counts. Not because of this, I'll still use a quality company.”

“I can never find what I want in local shops, so I don’t bother, I just go straight to Amazon. I buy almost everything except food from Amazon. Delivery is excellent with cheerful, helpful drivers. Prices are always competitive. Seldom had to return things but, when I have, no problems whatsoever. Don’t remember ever having to speak to customer service. Highly recommend Amazon.”

“Had a £50 gift card. Bought stuff for my daughter with it however, instead of Amazon using the gift they took the money out of my bank which I did not have. Rang multiple times and they would not refund the money back to my bank and use the gift card that is already on the account. I have since deactivated my prime membership along with my account. It is absolutely ridiculous and the customer service is horrible!!!”
