“I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF AMAZON FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS AND I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THEM FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY OF 8 ALSO. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM BUT IF I HAVE A QUERY I RING UP AND GET THROUGH TO THEM STRAIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND HELPFUL AND ALWAYS RESOLVE THE PROBLEM STRAIGHT AWAY. THEY ALWAYS MESSAGE ME WITH DISCOUNT ON THE THE THINGS I HAVE PREVIOUS ORDERED.. THE ONLY THING I SUGGEST IS THAT THEY GIVE A DISCOUNT OR FREE DELIVERY FOR VALUED CUSTOMERS WHO ORDER 12 TIMES A YEAR . I SURGEST YOU SELL YOUR CORNERSTONE ITEMS ON AMAZON NOT EBAY AS EBAY IS TERRIBLE THANKYOU”

The few times I've had order problems, there's always been someone there to talk to directly and resolve, unlike many current online shops that rely purely on ticketing systems or email forms to correspond with customers (with mixed results, depending on the shop).”
